I can't say enough good things about this auto body repair shop! From start to finish, my experience was absolutely fantastic. Chris, the owner, was a lifesaver—personable, reasonable, and above all, honest. He took the time to walk me through the repair process, gave me an affordable quote, and delivered quick and high-quality results.
Terry, the receptionist, was the cherry on top. She’s sweet, professional, and made sure I felt taken care of every step of the way. The skilled technicians clearly know their craft, and it shows in the flawless repair job they did on the car.
This is a truly great family-run business where customer service is just as important as the work they do. If you're looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and friendly auto body repair shop, this is the one! Highly recommend to anyone in need of top-notch service!

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! My experience with Chris was nothing short of amazing. The quality of the work he provided was outstanding—truly top-notch! Not only did he and his team handle the bodywork flawlessly, but he also went above and beyond by assisting me with another issue that was unrelated, and he did not charge me!
This incredible team is composed of honest, hardworking individuals who genuinely care about their customers. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional service they provided. If you’re in need of bodywork, I highly recommend this shop! You won't be disappointed!

I originally came to this shop because of proximity to home. I had gotten more attractive quotes elsewhere but figured the ratings and the proximity would warrant a good outcome. Boy was I wrong! For two unpainted parts, a hood and bumper, I was charged $1400.
I had asked for them to be painted off the vehicle and installed after, makes sense right?
Instead, Chris insists that he’d want to paint them ON the vehicle, for better fit. How that makes any sense, I dont know, must be another excuse for his shotty paint job.
Following picking up the car, it looked great, until the following day. I had driven ONE MILE, to go home from the shop. I had a big chip on the top of the hood, paint peeling along the seam(which he claimed was from masking tape), paint crumbling under the hood, TONS of overspray and to top it off I had grinder marks on my wipers. Along with the missing hardware under my hood.
THIS, this is where I became livid, when I brought the car back to be fixed..
Chris claims that the vehicle I’ve had for 8 years, which has NEVER had damaged paint under the hood, was inevitably going to chip. Nevermind the fact that it never has, this man spent more time trying to convince me that I was stupid than to actually fix the issue. He claimed that my hood strut would forever damage paint and it was no fault to the quality of his paint job. This is to the point that he returned the vehicle, WITH DAMAGED PAINT AGAIN, but now added a rubber sticker to where the hood strut would touch.
To finish things off, he claims he made NO MONEY off of me for the original paint job and tells me he could’ve charged me MORE.
Now following his “repair”, my car has a damaged hood, yet again.
Come to New Star if you want to pay a premium for a Maaco paint job and get scammed. Nevermind, Maaco would probably have done a better job.

Chris of one of the most professional people in body shop. I give him more than 5 stars. His work is so professional, paint matching, finishing all is more than excellent. As a person he is so respectful and pleasant character.

PHENOMENAL auto body shop❣️ The best place for all your auto body repair needs. The owner Chris is absolutely amazing & does perfectionist level work. My son’s car looks like it just rolled off the dealership lot…I was blown away with the quality and care he put into this repair. Their prices are beyond fair and reasonable. This is an amazing gem of a shop!!! If you need body work done, this is definitely the place to go. Honest, trustworthy & kind but equally skilled and professional.
