My mother moved from NY to NC recently. First, they quoted her a decent price and then told her after packing all her stuff in the truck it was going to cost more. The foreman also had the nerve to ask directly for a tip for the movers at that point. Then it took 2 WEEKS to get her stuff to NC. They would not answer calls, kept giving days/times they were going to arrive and never did, and lied about the situation along the way. When they FINALLY arrived (at 6:30pm after saying they would be there at 8am, with my mom taking off the entire day from work) they tried to make her pay everything up front before unpacking the truck, at an elevated price of $500+ the original quote. And tried to argue the discount my mom was finally able to get from the corporate office. It was a horrible 2 weeks and thank god my mom will never have to move again; and if she does, she will not use Moving Relocation Systems!

I originally had my review on Google, but they were able to get it removed. They are the absolute worst moving company ever. The damaged our furniture, the "lost" and expensive mirror from a dresser set that was given as wedding gift. The icing on the cake was that the delivery driver couldn't get in to our complex with the semi, so he hired day workers from like the ones looking for a day job at home improvement stores. They just randomly threw all of our belongings into the back of a uhaul truck which is what caused all the damaged furniture. They also ruined items my mom left me after she passed for when I got married. The tried to low ball us on what could be paid out. We refused because $250 was not acceptable for everything we had lost and had to replace. No matter how much we tried to work with them they were just not listening. When they got bought out and new management they reached out again to get me to remove my google review and I did not budge because they were only offering the same amount as the previous owners and at that point, we would not have accepted anything. It's about the principle of the matter and not monetary. DO NOT trust them, they will lie and steal, if not your money, definitely your items.

Do you want a company that will care about your things, deliver them in a timely manner, and keep you updated every step of the way? If so, Moving Relocation Systems is NOT for you! I chose this company because they quoted me about $6.5k for moving from Massachusetts to California. Cheryl was very kind to me, but the niceities ended then. When the truck was loaded, we were informed that instead of $6.5k, it was going to cost us DOUBLE - $13,000 for 2,300 cubic feet. But you know the weirdest part about that? The truck that we loaded onto couldn't even hold 2,300 cubic feet, only 1,700!! We had to FIGHT Jennifer to refund us some. She was impossible to get a hold of and extremely rude. She never answers the phone. After being informed of our now $2,500 "discount" I was excited to get my stuff. The only thing is that when the truck arrived, I found out that two mattresses, a bed frame, a crib, and a bench for my kitchen table we're missing! What was Jennifer's response? "It'll be on the next truck to California, but we don't know when that will be." My advice to anyone doing a long haul move: go with anyone other than Moving Relocation Systems.

Where to begin? After weeks of research for our upcoming cross country move, we decided to go with Moving Relocation Systems because of the the lower prices and kind and helpful salesman, Israel. He answered all of our questions and seemed genuinely happy to help. That was until we signed a contract and gave them our money. After that, it all went to Hell. We signed a contract for December 15th, with a leeway date of December 16th so the truck had time to come, but it was guaranteed it would be there on one of those two days. We agreed, and proceeded to plan our move around that date. We have two small children and had to buy plane tickets, so it was very important that they arrived when they said they would. Three days before the move, they call to confirm they would be there on the 13th, two days earlier than agreed on. When I told Jennifer this was not right, she said there was nothing they could do about it and that's when they were coming. No apology, no I understand this is inconvenient, just a big "we don't care about what works for you, this is what works for us". After talking to Israel, who promised to "be there every step of the way, he told us it was out of our hands...no help there. After hours and hours of going back and forth and waiting for phone calls from higher ups (all while finishing up packing our house with two small kids), we got absolutely no resolution except an offer for $200 off. Our move was going to cost $5,000, so $200 barely put a dent in it. It was honestly just insulting. We left messages with Israel, Jennifer, and another man who claimed to be a manager saying that we were going to go with another company, and none of them even responded. They did not care ONE BIT about us as customers. Israel finally got back saying he was sorry that it happened, but there was no resolution from this company and they made it very clear that they were going to do what worked for them. I cannot believe what a fiasco this all was. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I can only imagine how they would have handled the rest of our move, since they clearly don't care about the people, only the money. Sad that people like this exist in the world.

I had a wonderful experience with the movers I was surprised to see negative reviews... they worked within our quoted budget and did not try to swindle us at all ... the movers were fast and efficient.

We had the WORST experience with this moving company. We live on the second floor in a small apartment. We didn't have that much furniture to move. So we thought a moving company would be the way to go. First they dragged all the furniture across the floor to the door. Then they tipped my curios upside down and carried them down the stairs by the top. They carried the refrigerator down upside down. (your not supposed to do that). We fired them in the middle of the move, but then spoke to the manager and had them finish the job. We paid by the hour and they did take their sweet time. Not only that, we caught them stopped at a convenience store ON MY TIME. Once at the new house, they knocked the light fixture through the ceiling making a huge gauge in the ceiling. I had 20 pieces of furniture. THAT'S IT!! and they went 2.5 hrs over the 5 hour allotment.

I used Bluebell when I moved from NJ to GA this past December. I must say although I was stressed moving so close to the holiday season, Bluebell went above and beyond to make sure all of my stuff arrived to my house safe and sound. I must admit I was a little concerned after reading some negative yelp reviews on Bluebell, I thought the price must be too good to be true. However from the start every interaction with my rep Anthony and John, the foreman, was professional and reassuring. I visited the location to be sure of its legitimacy and was impressed with the whole operation. Overall the packing was excellent and the service was great.

This was a very difficult move and the guys who did the packing and loading of my parents house were great. There were a few changes made and things added and they were very patient and professional. Luiz , Gene and Alex were great to work with and my family appreciated all the help we received.

I moved in October of 2018. Shopping around for a moving company and found Bluebell. Worst mistake. Price point they might seem competitive but just horrible service, NOT WORTH IT ALL . Four guys came, one guy took over four hours to dismantle a king size bed set, the entire job took well over what it suppose to as I suspect the job just dragged on to bill more hours. Not only that, damage was done badly to the floors and the bed frame was damaged as well. Movers, with the exception of one, was highly unprofessional. I had to request some of the items be put back together and some were not, while two movers were fixing up furniture, two were taking a cigarette break. Absolute worse company to deal with. I pointed out all damages at the time of the move NOT AFTER. Going thru claims at the moment, it is just a 3rd party company, not an insurance company, to facilitate the claims process. I sent pictures of the damages. Was told owner will contact me, yet to heard back. I have move 3 times in my lifetime, this was by far the worst experience I ever encountered. These are not experienced movers at all. Believe me, I hired moving companies before, this was far from it. I hardly write reviews, but this deserve to be written.

'We're willing to help you if you help us, we will continue to search for the rest of your items if you take the review down. We'll even pay for a new or better one and you wont have to go through claims" Again this company has managed to make a very bad situation into a worse situation. My belongings were lost and I've been yelled at consistently and treated like this was my fault. I was called by one of the staff members named Anthony who told me this. I could not believe what they were asking (which is bribery which is illegal) holding back the resources THEY have to find MY belongings that THEY LOST unless I take my review down. One of the items lost was given to me by my deceased Father when i was a child. Money cannot replace that. Some serious customer service renovation and proper relocation service procedures need to take place

This is the state of my furniture after using this relo service. Had to relocate twice for work, movers were unprofessional, once I made the final move the movers refused to take items up stairs and left the majority of it in my living room. As I started to move things around I began to see the damage on every piece of furniture - 2 couches, bedroom set, entertainment unit, dining room table. Movers used random screws that didn't go with the furniture. Had to rent an offsite unit - I totally accept responsibility for not checking underneath the blanket on the state of the couch (tags still on it) - my loss but hoping to save someone else from this immense stress. I contacted them once I got to the offsite unit and desk people are nice enough but alas, because it was offsite and I didn't check it's at my expense. To the response below - if you check your emails Ricardo (I will post a portion of what I sent to you) from July 10th you will in fact see that I reached out to you all. The current movers I am actually with at the moment so these pics are pre current move. No reason to slander Ricardo, business is business and you have to take the good with the bad. Like I said - based on below I'm not really surprised but he intent is to spare someone else. Take it as feedback and grow with your company. Be blessed.

Bluebell was everything they said. They came took inventory of what I was moving next day got the estimated which was very reasonable. I moved from NJ to FL n there were no hidden charges. I pay what I was told. Thank you. I will recommend no issues. Like anything make sure you get everything in writing but I never got any issues with BlueBell.

My wife and I used Bluebell for an in-state move about two years ago. I could not have imagined a worse experience. (1) Bluebell quoted a price over the phone without looking at the contents that they were moving. I later learned that New Jersey regulations require movers to conduct an on-site survey. See: (2) The price quoted was lower than a few other movers who offered "binding estimates," but not by much. Nevertheless, they seemed trustworthy, and my wife and I decided to use them. (3) When they came to do the move - surprise -- the volume of the contents were greater than estimated AND packing took longer than estimated. As such, I would be required to pay more. (4) They added the additional "volume" and "time" to the totals for each and came up with an amount that was more than double what they had originally quoted. When my wife did the math, it didn't add up. They blamed a "computer error" and fixed it. (5) Given that they now knew the exact volume of the items, I asked them - at this point - would the price be firm. They said unequivocally, yes. I, in fact, recorded it. (6) Upon move-in -- surprise - they had a printed form for almost a thousand dollars more than the already inflated price that they had demanded on move-out. They held my contents hostage until I paid cash. (7) They packed many items without any care, causing many things to break, disassembled furniture that they then would not reassemble, and the workers hid some items in the basement that they didn't feel like moving. This was a bait-and-switch scam. There is no doubt in my mind that the "A" reviews on sites like Angie's list are made up. Almost every review uses the name "Bluebell Relocation Services." Who actually writes that way? Paid reviewers?!?
