I went this urgent care. I didn’t have health insurance I paid 200$ out of my pocket. Doctor came didn’t even look he was standing way far from me and prescribed a medication. It was such a bad experience.

Service was quick
Would have loved a better response when I called. When I asked if it was busy now? It was 8:40 am and the answer I got was “ it’s an urgent care” it tends to get busy of course when I arrive there were two ahead of me that would have been a better answer.

Everybody was so nice! The young lady at the front desk, very pleasant person. The doctors treated me very well, the X rays technician too!
We didn’t have to wait long either! It was my first time there and we left very happy regardless of my broken foot! ( that’s the reason I went to them.) Now I know I have a great place to go next time for my emergencies!

I never waited so little time to see a doctor! Sense of urgency, care, compassion, professionalism and support is what makes AFC Urgent Care the place to go when life happens.

The front receptionist (both male & female) was not very professional. The Physician's Assistant who took vitals was rather nice (in comparison), while the Dr on duty today was short but still professional. I personally would never return to this location. I have been to this office several times, but not as a patient and the staff does not seem very knowledgeable.
Gave them another shot as I left work very ill, and they were the closest place. The doctor did absolutely nothing for me. Once my 2 test results came back negative he was looking for the next paying customer. Urgent cares are question;
THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I would rather die in the parking lot then wall back in there!!

This urgent care is a scam clinic. Never go to this place!!!
First, the urgent care never followed up with you on the blood work test result.
What’s more frustrating is their billing system. They never billed to my insurance company but trying to charge me additional money directly.
I was trying to get the billing issue solved for months, both called my insurance company and the urgent care for at least 5 times. Every time received the same response from the urgent care. They were going to escalate the issue and have submitted the bill. However, when I was trying to get the claim id. They could never provide it. Apparently, they did nothing, just want to get extra money from the patient!
WANT TO re-emphasize the below 4 points.
1. I have already met my deductible this year.
2. There is no any record for this visit on my insurance portal. That's why my insurance company was asking for the claim id so that they can check. However the urgent care cannot provide even one.
3. I have already called the urgent care and insurance for at least 5 times but without any process. If you want to solve this issue, contact me!!! I am not going to call you again. My account number is #153344. You KNOW HOW TO CONTACT ME!!!
4. I will keep reaching out the NJ Health department to report this issue until it got solved.
Worst Urgent care I have been to!!! Waste time and money!!!

Came in because we had no appts at regular Dr…air wasn’t too long and receptionist was very friendly… doctor was very nice and listen carefully to what my daughter was telling her… we will deff come again

Went here due to a finger cut that needed stitches and they were one of the few urgent cares open late evening on Saturdays.
Staff was nice and prompt on seeing me but they referred me to the hospital because they weren’t able to do x-rays to check for bone fragments. I don’t understand how you run an urgent care center without an X-ray available at all times. Wasted time and money.

As if a one star review wasn’t bad enough. Literally almost an entire year later they started sending me emails and text messages stating I owe $100 balance from an urgent care visit 330 days ago even though I paid cash and insurance covered their part. What a joke.
