The building fails to keep the required fire safety standards and, because of their negligence, we recently had a fire and a flood in the building. The management company has been fined multiple times for negligence and multiple building code infringements.

Cassandra at the front desk is amazing!!!!! Never felt more at home than with her at the welcome station. And my doggo jax would absolutely agree. If he could greet with her, he would, everyday!!

It has been almost 10 months since we moved into our apartment and we couldn’t be happier! The views, the efficient service whenever we have needed help with something , the convenience of everything within walking distance, the beautiful park and boardwalk right at our doorstep has made this experience a delight!
Cassandra and Jonathan, the front desk concierges are incredibly helpful and always polite. Efficient in handling tasks, both consistently go above and beyond.

Kenny did an amazing job. Diagnosed and quickly determined we needed a replacement appliance. Courteous and a pleasure to have in our home. He also made sure he cleaned up after his work .

There was some request from my side for lease adjustment. Sophia the property manager went above and beyond to get permissions from the authorities to amend it. I am very pleased and thankful to the staff for meeting my request.

Roy Zambrano recently repaired a ceiling light for me. He had to replace a ballast and fix some wires. He was very professional and did a very good job. My wife and I have lived at Portside for more than 20 years and Roy has always done a fine job.

I would like to share the great experience I had with Kenny the repair technician with in the building. He was super helpful on fixing a small thing in my apartment. I had asked him about my cabinet and he was quick to come on in and fix it on the spot. Very professional and polite.

I don’t write a ton of reviews, but sometimes you just have to. I’ve been living at Portside Towers for a few years. I must share that Jonathan (concierge) is a keeper. Always helps everyone - patient with the kids - and makes sure we’re all greeted with a smile! When I have a package - Jonathan Will remember that I received something and without asking - finds it and hands it right to me! Great guy and addition to the Portside Team!

Dishonest !!
Beware of this company's outright dishonesty! I used what they falsely advertise as "public" parking, and for less than an hour, they shockingly charged me $25 instead of the promised $11. Conveniently, they don’t provide receipts, a sneaky tactic to overcharge unsuspecting customers. I’ve reported this disgraceful practice to the CFPB and my bank. Steer clear if you value your money and integrity!
