I am experiencing discomfort during my visits to your establishment due to the inappropriate behavior of one of your employees. The individual in question has repeatedly asked me out and requested my phone number, despite my clear disinterest. This situation is particularly inconvenient as Sundays are my only available days to make bill payments, and this is the closest store to my residence. Additionally, I prefer not to use debit cards online. I kindly request that you address this matter to ensure a more professional and comfortable environment for your customers.

Went to get the iPhone 12 first thing he say that it comes in the blunt but it’s gonna cost me two hundred ninety there’s no such thing as a bundle because I do not need no cover plastic or glass. I could get that on my own so then he claims he doesn’t have it, which is a total lie because I went the day before and it was 15 in the store so he’s new he’s a crook get him out of the store. We don’t need people like that in our neighborhood.

New girl today, wanted to pay 2 months, gave her my number and she said I don't have that number ! Then I paid her and she said I'll get a text back as usual but I didn't. I didn't get a paper receipt. So I hung outside The door waiting on my text message, it never came went back in and told her. Something fishy going on there !!? she finally got The message on my phone but still. I will do business elsewhere from now on !! I've had the same number since 2017 also !! Go figure !!

The Gentlemen that helped us, gave us a great service and solved the problem we had with the phone.My father is Handicap, but it didn't matter to him. He helped him out as best as he could and he solve the issue. Now My father can use his phone again.Thank you so much Ahmad.

Went into this store in March purchased a phone which came out pricy with all the extra stuff they put on it was an upgrade which it said on the sign $109 upgrade but end up paying $189. Then saw a change in my bill come to found out they added an extra line to my phone without my permission plus the number didn’t belong to me and they change my PIN number without my permission. SOMEONE IN THIS PLACE IS RUNNING A SCAM! I REPORTED TO BBB AND TO METRO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Went to the store and wanted to buy a new iPhone and I had the money on the debit card they took the money off the card but didn’t let me get the phone because I paid with a debit card and not cash so I had to be refunded

Went in for a SIM card & the lady at the desk lied and told me she can’t sell me just the SIM card & I would have to pay an extra $25 for activation. I told her customer service said they will do it for free over the phone. She said customer service was incorrect. I called back customer service & they shipped me a SIM card for only $10. This location was trying to charge me extra when I only needed a SIM card.

Horrible customer service no one ever answers phone manager is never available. They sold me a faulty phone that repeatedly over heats and refused to take it back. Reported them to corporate and the BBB horrible. I will never do business with or refer this location.

I wish it was possible to give 0 Stars or Negative Stars. I went in to buy a new sim card for an already existing phone because the current sim was having issues. The store associate (LAWRENCE) would not help me and refused to sell me a sim card and even when i knew he was lying about policy and called Customer Care in front of him he refused to help or give me his name or even acknowledge that he was purposely giving me wrong information. He would not even speak to Customer Care when I had them on the phone. They should audit this location and have new employees take over. Even Customer Care told me "They are hiding something and not following policy and protocol, they will be reported and investigated". #You'reFired!
