Been here for half a year and generally pretty happy. Neighborhood isn’t at developed as downtown JC but it’s close to the PATH station so relatively easy to leave the area.
Pro: Amazing service and responsive front desk, things get fixed instantly, etc. Amenities are top notch especially with tower 3 opening.
Cons: speaking of T3… why put a quiet library/study space next to a noisy recreation room with zero sound isolation? Elevator can be slow during the peak hours which can be annoying, especially because there’s no display telling you where the elevator is.

We moved in 2 days ago. The process was super easy. First steps Nick and Paul made super helpful, Samantha and Valentine helped with the rest. Building is beautiful, apartment is great. View was the selling point.

I had a very negative experience with front desk lady in Tower 2 today. The young lady who speak very aggressively to me and try to argue with me for a missing package. After I fill out the form, she slam the cardboard on the table. However, my package was opened already when I picking up. Can you stop hiring emotionally unstable employee? If you do, can you provide a guidance to them not speak like teenager or Medusa?

This applies to JSQ 2.
My major complaint is that the wait for the elevators is just too long. The elevators are just too crowded. Sometimes the elevators just literally stops at almost every single floor because of poor planning and “maintenance” at the wrong time.
They have 4 or 5 elevators serving higher floors but it’s rarely the case that all of them are working. You can be inside the elevators with a dozen of people like sardines for more than 5 minutes if you are “lucky”. People are literally dropping f bombs as they walk out of the elevators.
I believe they can do better.

The service people are so nice, German, Richard and Cam.
They fixed the noise of refrigerator within minutes, very knowledgeable and show me how to use the appliances properly

RUN AWAY!!! Don’t move to JSQ especially the Tower 2! I have been complaining about the SMOKING issue for months but the management team totally did NOTHING. I asked the front desk and they told me to contact the management office. I asked the management office and they never replied. If you don’t want to waste your time on suing your landlord or such legal stuff please just avoid this apartment. See the attached pictures of how many cigarette butts in the staircase and how bad the indoor air quality is. The management office and front desk is RACIST. RUN AWAY!!!

Victor is fantastic! Not only did he help me with maintenance, but he also taught me so much about daily cleaning and upkeep. He is incredibly kind and helpful—I can’t recommend him highly enough!
