I’m just glad I don’t live there anymore. This building is full of issues, always emergencies shutting down water for repairs, that automatic door both front and back door have never been fixed….But the worst of all is the management office, they try to charge you for anything but don’t do any convenience to the residents. Especially the manager Erin, she’s mean, unprofessional, condescending and very unpleasant and neglectful when you need anything done through her. It’s a greedy management office, they don’t know how to communicate!For anyone who is considering living here, my recommendation is to look for somewhere else.

Management tries its best to resolve the issues but it's not enough. Automatic doors often don't work, 2/4 elevators often only working for a 30+ story building, AC/heating units inefficient (use fans to help), sound proofing is a joke, garbage trucks are loud. Definitely do not recommend buying here.

Project assistant. Mgr. Yomara does a great work in the building. She follow through and upheld her action. Attends to the issues to what matters most in the building.

Nothing works- elevator wires hanging out, automatic doors don’t work, water leaks in multiple apartments that don’t get worked on for months- it’s like the worst management company you’ll ever see - projects like conditions and the management company doesn’t care.

The building management office is the least responsive and they just don’t care about the problems that the residents face. There are no rules in the building and residents are allowed to do whatever they deem fit and there is a blatant disregard to rules. Would not advice anyone to buy or rent in this building

Tho the NJ government has passed the bill for gyms to open in condo buildings- the building management has still to open the gym.

Cockroaches, Cockroaches and more Cockroaches. No amount of pest control, cleanliness could help. Highly infested building.

Disgusting building. So many cockroaches in the apartment. The management charged me $400 for moving out. And they didn’t even allow the movers get inside the building to help me move. Eventually, I had to move all of my stuff on my own.

Horrible management. They lost the security deposit that we had paid & conveniently told us the same. Upon asking several times, we were told, the management has changed ever since you have moved in, so the new management doesn't have the money to be refunded neither do they have any records. They have an unnecessary move in /move out fees- along with security deposits additional to what needs to be paid to the owner. Also, the heaters and A/Cs that fit into the buildings are extremely bad quality and services are further worse. Clearly, If you have a lot of money to waste , go ahead with this building. Else, Newport management is far better. Thick wisely before you spend.

Do not rent or own in this apartment building! It’s the worst place to live. Unnecessary charges and hiked up HOA fees without knowledge of where that money goes! No maintenance, no gym, no common area, even though most places have opened up with precautions. It’s a scam. To top it garbage collection and lawn maintenance starts everyday at 6:30 AM - if you never want to sleep and want to have the worst living situation on the neighborhood, this is the place. Otherwise buy wisely in a better building!
