Diagnosed my car when it broke down near Jersey City and helped me find out what was wrong. Was honest with pricing and was recommended by my tow driver. Super responsive and while I went in a different direction made me feel extremely comfortable and trustworthy.

They never changed my oil. I took it there. They lifted it. Walked to auto zone, after over 30 min I came back they gave my car back. Never changed the sticker. Then my oil change light comes on a couple days later when I’m out of town..I call and they said oh my guy never reset the computer. ( not true my oil light was never on when I took it) so paid like 72$ and they never changed it, now here I am again having to get an oil change somewhere else. Not sure if they thought because I was a female but DONT GO.

Had a really positive experience here. We brought out car here because they accept GWC warranty. Previous shops in Brooklyn we've used that accept this have taken advantage of the fact that we were using the warranty and have done a horrible job. Driveworks took care of work that they had previously done poorly and were professional and very communicative while they had and were working on our car. Will certainly continue come here and highly suggest them.

Just got my old valve cover changed and they hooked me up with a new coil for my 2008 bmw 328i! I highly recommend these guys especially for foreign vehicles!!!

I’ve been coming for the past month to take care of things with my car. I have nothing but a great experience everytime! They go above and beyond here. Extremely accommodating and do everything they can to help. Great customer service!! They are very professional and knowledgeable of everything they needs to be done and recommended with the car!!! 10 out of 10 HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst place and bunch of scammers. They give you no paperwork. I got an oil change from here and they brought the oil in a bucket. I asked what kind of oil is this and they lied and said synthetic. I told them my car takes regular oil and they said ok pay for regular.And now I have a check engine light

Brought my Subaru Forester in the morning and they replaced the brakes, struts, control arms, and front tires by the afternoon. These guys are honest & professional - I'll definitely be coming back to them in the future.

Horrible experience. Please don’t go to these scammers. Tried to stage an oil leak in my car when I went for a simple oil change. Tried to charge me a grand for the leak when there was no real leak upon checking with another mechanic.
