I’m leaving the bank at 1:32am tonight using the atm and a homeless man walked in, aggressively mumbling and it made me uncomfortable using the atm at that time of night. I did not let him in, he must have had a bank card. Customers should be able to use the atm at night without feeling intimidated. Ridiculous…..

My frustration with Bank of America's customer service reached its peak during my recent visit to the branch. The staff consistently brushed off my concerns, attributing their inability to assist to a vague "new system." This lack of personalized support and the constant redirection to ATMs or the phone number left me feeling undervalued as a customer. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in service quality, and I strongly urge Bank of America to reevaluate and enhance its customer support approach. Kelvin is the only professional in the Branch working hard. Thank you.

The worst branch of BOFA. I've been banking with the BOFA for more than 10 years and visited different branches across different US states, and always had better service provided. This Newport branch is the most unprofessional branch with rude staff. The lady on the counter kept talking over the phone instead of even acknowledging (forget about providing service) to the customer waiting over the desk for a long time. They don't value customer's time, patience and relation. Despite speaking to this branch over the phone and confirmed for visiting the branch for walk-in services they denied to provide service when I walked in citing appointment was needed even for a simple transaction. This was the third time when I had this experience with this branch and had to return back from branch without getting the transaction settled. won't visit them ever. Better bank with Chase or other close by banks instead of Bank of America.

I am International student and I need to open account, experience is great. Explain the detail to me and remind me some situations I might confront in future. Recommend "David Walker" if you need any assistance on opening account, but remember to make appointment.

We went in to open an account, we brought all relevant documentation because we were told in the past we didn’t need an appointment, but when we showed up they didn’t entertain us saying we needed an appointment. We came in bringing business and were turned away. We’ll take our business elsewhere
