The concierge staff is beyond helpful and so incredibly friendly. Harry is always making sure you have your packages, help with getting anything to your apartment, gives directions and recommendations, answers any and all questions you may have, and is always smiling through it all.

The rating would be quite extreme different depending on which aspect and individual's circumstance. If nothing happens, you get a smooth move in, you prob will rate it at 5 stars. Let me list different aspects below.
font desk: 4-5 stars, friendly and professional, nothing to complain.
leasing officer: average 3 stars. Resovle issues during lease signup period, 4 stars. Change to a different personal during tenancy, very slow to respond and hardly get onhold to resolve issues, 1 star.
maintenance personal: 4-5 stars, fix the issues
apt conditions: varies a lot, but for me 1-2 stars. The apt looks perfect on the first day has leakage on the floor on the second day, changed to a different apt, still has some minor issues after several rounds of maintenance. Also there is a leakage in the gym within a month, maybe bad luck but I don't know. YMMV, someone will give it 5 star if nothing is wrong.
billing: 0 star, disaster for me. Always new unexpected charge or failure to transfer my previous credit, and hard to get the experience coordinator to resovle the issue. no reply after several days of email and can't reach the person by phone.
So in general, barring from two bad experiences (leakage and billing issue) I probably will rate it as 4-5 stars, but sometimes a single bad experience is enough to ruin the whole thing.

Zanya who works the front desk at 70 Greene is a ray of sunshine in my life. As well as being warm and delightful, Zenyah is always professional. It can get busy at certain times of day when people are picking up or dropping off packages… Zanyah is calm and efficient and all of us who live here are lucky to have such a smart, kind, professional young woman working the front desk.
