I always go to this car wash because I’ve always found a fast and convenient. Until today. I went and got my oil change and pulled back around to get my free car wash that comes with the oil change. I had a piece on my side mirror loose, remember what I said “loose”. I could always snap it back on. After getting my car washed, I noticed that an inner part of the side mirror was broken so when I was trying to snap the piece back on like I usually do, it would not go back on because of this broken piece that you can see in the picture. I go over to the “owner” and told him hey I know the piece was already loose but now it’s inner part that’s broken so is there anyway that you guys could fix it. Mind you all it needs is some sealant or some type of glue to glue the piece back on. I wasn’t even gonna go off the fact that they broke it because I just assumed the pressure wash or sending it through the car wash thing broke It. The guy starts going off about how it was already broken as i’m trying to explain to him that no it wasn’t. He pulls up a video showing me that the piece was loose and in the video you can see CLEARLY that YES the piece was loose but you can see that the inner part was still in one piece. Now i’m like yep there you go send me the video and i’ll just send it to my insurance. Mans starts talking bout “call the police” so that’s exactly what i did because now that i pointed out that it wasn’t broken in his video he talking bout call the police. Police comes and im explaining what happened suddenly the “owner” is NO WHERE to be found. Anyway, i finished talking with the cops and go back over to my car and now the whole part that was cracked is MISSING!! i’m like where is the piece, some random comes and hands it to me claiming it was on the ground!!! LIES you can see in the picture it was broken/cracked but not completely off so they went over there and messed with it and broke it off completely. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. They are liars and thieves and all BUMS

Don’t go to this place in your life! I’m sure the owner is going to come up here saying a bunch of lies to protect their business but really they need to fix their prices and signs! And most definitely their customer service.

Stay far away from this car wash. Not only did they leave my car dirty and full of scratches, but they also stole coins from inside my car. The service is beyond awful, and the staff clearly has no respect for customers or their property. Save yourself the headache and find a more trustworthy place. If your car is new, be extra careful,

Absolutely the worst car wash I've ever been to! They might as well call it a 'car strip-down' instead. Parts were missing from my car after I left, and the management didn’t care at all. They’re either completely incompetent or just don’t care about their customers. Avoid this place unless you want to pay for a wash and end up with a lighter car—literally!

Be cautious with this car wash. They may slowly strip your car of its parts. If theft occurs, the management is unresponsive and won’t address the issue. You might notice missing parts only after you’ve left the premises.

Way to slow and busy. All the cars are clustered together leaving you stuck to wait for service. When I asked to back out the man told me I had no choice but to wait, he then proceeded to call me stupid. I highly recommend spending your money somewhere else!

Very big and busy, and dare I say expensive place but the signage inside isn’t really clear so unless you’re a regular you may be slightly confused at first. Car wash to the right after entry, tyre service straight ahead when you enter. Lots of Spanish-speaking staff so communication may be hindered just a bit. Do try to top them though cos they do a good job of car detailing. I was very satisfied although I was in a hurry and it seems they weren’t.

Wash has become very unprofessional lack cleaning service never cleaned my rear rug nor wrapped around the bottom outside of my car I had to call some back to my car to wrap the scuff mark off the inside of the door panel and when you enter they wish for you to pick the highest price car wash and this isn't the first encounter just thought I would try again but never again please pay close attention to them when they are wrapping your car down and around it.
