Dr Hussain is the best vet in NJ.
His staff is very professional and courteous too. I have been taking my dogs to him for more than 20 years now.

Love this animal hospital!!! My dog just had tplo surgery and Dr. Hussein has been wonderful from start to finish. He explained everything beforehand and assure me she was in good hands. Would highly recommend

They told my family and I to put a pillow on my dog face to bring him to be put down. And they wouldn't give my family a copy of my dog x-rays

My puppy was not feeling well and they stayed after closing to take care of her and make sure she was good to go home. They were patient and compassionate.

Went to another vet practice for over 30 years. Had an emergency with my cat and was told to take him to an emergency clinic because they were booked. Called Howell Animal Hospital, and my cat was taken right in and received excellent care. I've transferred all three of my pets' care to Howell Animal Hospital.

I took my dog to a number of doctors, all of whom either misdiagnosed her or outrageously overcharged for their services. A relative recommended Dr. Hussein and although it was a bit far away, I took a chance and I am so grateful to him. As soon as he examined her, he correctly diagnosed her issue (torn ACL) and recommended surgery at a very fair price. I can't say enough good things about him! He took care of my dog, doing her surgery and follow up visits and was extremely empathetic and more importantly, incredibly knowledgeable and competent. I wouldn't let any other veterinarian do any surgery on my dogs except him. I cannot recommend him enough.

This hospital is very accommodating and friendly . You can get an appointment right away. Dr. Hussein and the staff are very caring to your pet's needs and health.

Dr. Mahmoud Hussein disgusts me. I don’t recommend him to anybody. He claimed I was responsible for the mark on her side thinking it was a burn mark after she suffered from an allergic reaction due to him performing surgery. He told me allergic reactions may occur after surgeries and then proceeded to blame me for the mark on her side claiming it was burn mark. I was disgusted in his actions and I believe no one should be put in that position.

I love this place. The staff is very nice and professional. Dr. Hussein is awesome, he is very attentive to my pet. He always make time to insure me that my fur baby is doing well.

I brought my dog dexter in with a serious injury on a Sunday and the vet who was working on his new building at another location stopped what he was doing and came right in to fix my buddy’s injury! The service and treatment Dexter received was beyond great and I’m so grateful for their help and will always be a customer!

I am so happy with the work DR. Hussein did to fix my dogs knee ! He also diagnosed my dog with a skin condition and put him on a med that has been working better than what the other 6 vets have said and given him .
