I'm not sure I can provide enough praise for Michael on this review. We were referred to Michael recently and had the pleasure of working with him to find our new condo. He's the true definition of going above and beyond the call of duty. He handled everything with the other broker, pressed where appropriate, managed the title company, and even help push along the mortgage process! Through the process, Michael became more than just a broker but a true friend.
It's clear why all his reviews are 5 stars!

I just had my first opportunity to work with Michael Check from MC Luxury Living. We are under contract now. Closing is approaching soon…but I couldn’t wait…I had to go ahead and give Michael a 5-star review. Not only has he made the process fast and easy, he is great to collaborate with. His energy and enthusiasm are infectious! I’ve been selling real estate here in Miami Beach for 20 years and I am hoping I get to sell more properties with Michael Check over the next 20.

Michael Check is an outstanding real estate agent!
We recently had the pleasure of working with him for the second time, this time to sell another condominium. Having already experienced his expertise firsthand two years ago, we knew we were in good hands. Michael Check did not disappoint!
From the initial consultation to the closing, he was a constant source of professionalism, knowledge, and clear communication. He took the time to understand our goals for the sale and provided a comprehensive plan to achieve them. Michael Check’s market expertise was invaluable, and his pricing and negotiation strategy resulted in a smooth and successful sale.
Michael Check is great with people, and he is also highly accessible. I accidentally texted him in the middle of the night because we were in France (6 hours ahead) and he actually replied right away!
He knows how to present the property to potential buyers and knows the real estate market inside and out.
Also, Michael Check does not mess around. He is fast! He had our unit photographed and a video produced in no time. He also set up showings and open houses in the week we left for a trip to France.
He is very serious about his work, but he is also very fun to work with!
