If the people working here are the ones who came into hoboken shelter to volunteer- two words- horrible job. I mean the cross-eyed female working in the shelter is not any better but as bank employees i cannot believe you all came in ready to serve and took a spoon of rice and beans and put it on the plates- i mean do you all hate the poor and human beings that much. I asked the lady serving is this how the worker told her to serve and she said "yes, im sorry" what!! how weak why are you listening to this minimum wage shelter worker telling you to serve close to nothing. So by apologizing you're admitting how nasty you're being by putting 4 grains of rice on my plate. Yesterday the volunteers who were challenged also put a piece of carrot and and half a chicken nugget on the plate- wow guys- come on- thats what nazis did to people- cut it out. Be smart and mindful.

I had some account issues that I came to the branch to discuss. I was initially told I needed to schedule an appointment with a banker. However, the branch manager, who was filling in for a teller, then said she could help. She addressed all my issues and even refunded fees I had been charged. I couldn't have asked for a better in person banking experience

When arriving at the branch, the Branch Manager - Michelle Garcia was more than accommodating and the best help I have ever received at a Chase Branch. She was able to quickly secure my account in a situation where time was of the essence and helped me create a new profile/account. She went above and beyond by also calling the necessary bureaus and explained to me following procedures. She was reassuring and able to walk me through a difficult situation as soon as I explained to her the predicament at hand. The branch was busy at the time and she also efficiently helped others around or directed them to proper assistance.

Terrible branch. I was there 2 hours before the branch closed and for a work that could be done in 20 mins, a staff from the branch said they don’t have bankers with a rude attitude. They should close down the branch. Useless.

Had a scheduled meeting to open an account with Rome..Bank was empty..no customers ahead of us or at counter. Rome made us sit there while he chatted behind the bank counters. When he finally walked up to us he mentions chase bank was having problems with a docu sign system to open account. What a waste of time..as he could've called me and mentioned it before we came to the branch. This chase branch is very disappointing..no customer service skills what so ever. The least he could've done was say hey when systems get back up and running I will give you a call to come back in today to get this account opened. Now I have to wait another week to go back on Saturday because the latest appointment during the week is 4 pm..truly frustrating & ridiculous!
