Terrible service at the branch telling me I have another 10 minutes to arrive to my appointment and when I arrive there, they say they can’t take me anymore and I need to reschedule. And the attitude is like crazy over there. I’m not sure why corporate doesn’t take care of this since all the reviews are saying the same.

WORST:I come every week here, in fact I have to, as it's the closest bank to me.Always big line, There is one old woman here that talks a lot. She mostly sits on banker chairs doing the paperwork and wires... She's very slow, and she even not even let others do their job.

I can't thank you enough for not sending the money. It was a scam. I thank the Wells Fargo in hillside for his excellent service. I will never charge banks.

Don't know why they don't have 0 stars and is all because of the same thing lack of customer service, 8 people or more waiting and 1 teller always and I'm a little tired of it since I live in hillside. Some lady always there trying to look fancy but doesn't help waoo.

The branch manager here has some bad attitude. She offered no help for Wells Fargo customer even though I bank with them a long time. Would rather drive farther for a better customer service.

This entire branch should be closed. The workers are lazy and the manager has an extremely bad attitude. The drive up window is never open and when it is they will only see certain people. Most likely their friends. The general customer service at this branch does not exist.

The bank manager there should be fired immediately. Lazy refuses to help, the worst customer service. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for many years the branch at 1221 liberty Avenue should be closed. If I could give no star I would.

Worst place to come on a Friday. I work customer service and to have one Bank teller Friday between the hours of 12-1 is ridiculous. Either add more staff or stop sending the whole staff to lunch at the same time. I wish I didn’t even have to leave a star.

Worse costumer service ever!!! Literally had me waiting for more than one hour. I never been to a bank with such bad horrible customer service. Even after speaking to someone I still had to wait for the manager to help deposit a check. I got tired of waiting and had to leave.
