Came in to make a withdrawal and deposit, and the girl at the window was so disrespectful before I made any questions she answered without a possibility or resolution of my problem,when I opened my account in Elizabeth the associates were ver profesional and polite ,in this branch after seeing this aptitude I requested to close my account and surprise me a lot because they were very promptly to say yes without any questions or solutions to my matter ,the CC representative seems to be very happy clossing my account ,but maybe because she was excited by mistake she closed both accounts (one of the accounts was open for rent purpose one year before ) and she stated that I said to close my accounts when I initially said the account they gave me hard time to get my money withdrawal for deposit to a different account.I personally feel disappointed about this branch and I won't recommend anyone to come to either open or make any type of transaction in this branch.

I went here to cash my disability check. The girl at the window inside the bank made me thumbprint the check, then they stamped it with a numeric code, then told me that they could not cash my check because it wasn’t from their bank. I took it to several check cashing locations and they would not cash it because of what this Wells Fargo location did. I returned to this location and informed them of this. I also asked if there were any other options, even advising them that my husband had an account with Wells Fargo. She told me that there was nothing they could do for me and suggested that i ask a check cashing place to cross out their numeric number that they stamped on the back of my check. Terrible and very unprofessional! I went to the Wells Fargo on Lyons Street in Newark and they were so professional and cashed it for me with no problem. Stay away from the location on Liberty Avenue!!!!!

They need to put up Wells Fargo "Circus" on the wall sign. Absolute shame the manager does not know how to run her store. I made an appointment to open up a business account, was confirmed. Came in 5 min before scheduled. Was told, "sorry its an hour wait". Lucinda, it's time for corporate to review your position qualification.

It's alright. To me the place runs really smoothly but on top of that every time I walk through the door there is a beautiful lady that asks if she can help me with anything. She is very nice and she has a phatty if you know what I mean ;)

Worst branch ever!!! went to get a debit card withdraw increase, the manager of the branch Lucian didn't even bother to speak to me in person declined it right away because of few negative balances on account even they were payed off with in the first hour any way went to another branch and got it done within 15 mins with no problem!!! Will report the branch to corp. office
