This store really needs better qualified employees or more active management. The lack of quality staff is appalling 8/30/23. One hour wasted in the store 6-7pm no resolve for what should have been a simple warranty exchange. After an additional 40 minutes on the phone with customer support the end result i have to go to a different store became this interaction was trash. Rarely at this specific location can i say the customer service is everything it is supposed to be. At other times its just good enough, today is was absolutely terrible. 12 year customer (SMH).

horrible customer service. i went there a week ago around june 18 2023 and i was serviced by an employee by the name of rain. from the start she was completely rude. we wanted a guarantee excgange for a phone and she had multiple excuses on why she couldn’t do it. she claimed the internet always stops working after 4/5 but then why keep the store open??? then she claimed she couldn’t do it because her manager adi wasn’t there. we asked to check at least to know it was there she confirmed it was there & promised to tell her manager not to cancel it or return it yet that we’ll go during the weekend. today june 25th 2023 as soon as we walked in she was there again with her nasty attitude saying she “forgot to tell her manager that she has more important stuff to worry about than us”. which was just honestly irresponsible. she even claimed that the phone wasn’t there after saying it was there about a week ago. we asked to speak to the manager & they denied. she ended up finding the phone, but basically denied to help us with the guarantee return and just canceled our order after wasting over an hour in that store doing nothing just today. truly disappointed & disgusted by this unprofessional attitude from ALL THE EMPLOYEES from this store.

I recently had a highly unfortunate experience with T-Mobile located in Hillside, NI, and felt compelled to share my disappointment and concern. On June 1st, I visited the store and interacted with an employee named Adi, whose conduct left me deeply dissatisfied and worried about T-Mobile's practices.To my shock, Adi illegally added a new phone number to my account without any authorization or consent from me. This act is not only unethical but also a blatant breach of trust. It is unacceptable for any employee to make changes to a customer's account without proper verification and permission. This incident has left me questioning the integrity of T-Mobile and its commitment to customer privacy and security.What concerns me even more is the lack of transparency and information provided by T-Mobile regarding such actions. There was no prior discussion or notification regarding the addition of a new phone number to my account, making it clear that T-Mobile operates with questionable practices that can potentially lead to scamming customers.In light of this experience, I have serious reservations about T-Mobile's commitment to customer satisfaction and data protection. It is crucial for T-Mobile to address this incident promptly and transparently, taking appropriate measures to prevent such unauthorized activities in the future. Customers deserve to have peace of mind and trust in the companies they choose to do business with.I hope this review serves as a warning to potential customers and as a wake-up call for T-Mobile to reassess its practices, ensure employee accountability, and prioritize customer security and satisfaction.Furthermore, I want to express my deep concern regarding the safety and disclosure of my personal information during my interaction with Adi at T-Mobile in Hillside, NI. On multiple occasions, she took pictures of my driver's license, claiming that the system had logged her out. This behavior is highly alarming and raises serious questions about the handling and security of customer data within T-Mobile.The repeated and unnecessary photographing of my driver's license without a valid reason is a clear violation of my privacy rights. It is essential for companies like T-Mobile to implement strict protocols and safeguards to protect customer information from unauthorized access or misuse. Adi's actions were not only careless but also demonstrated a lack of professionalism and disregard for customer privacy.Given the gravity of this situation, I have decided to take legal action and file a police report regarding the unauthorized addition of the phone number to my account and the concerning handling of my personal information. I hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for others and prompts T-Mobile to conduct a thorough investigation into their security practices and employee conduct.Furthermore, it is important to note that despite Adi identifying herself as the store manager, her behavior was far from what one would expect from a person in a position of authority. Her carelessness and unprofessionalism were completely unacceptable, further adding to the negative experience I had at T-Mobile in Hillside, NI.In conclusion, I urge potential customers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with T-Mobile at this location. The unauthorized addition of phone numbers, mishandling of personal information, and unprofessional behavior demonstrated by Adi have raised significant concerns about the company's ethics and customer service standards. It is crucial for T-Mobile to address these issues promptly and take appropriate measures to regain the trust and confidence of its customers.

Horrible customer service. Need to process a refund and they are telling me it cannot be done until a manager is there.. it gets better... there's NO manager available accept on Tuesdays .. just what in the world kind of mess is this. So now I'm inconvenienced because YOU don't have a manager available until Tuesday

I went to this store the other day and I saw an employer a black guy screaming to and Elder I just walked out immediately smh! I went to the Roselle store and the customer services is great there.
