Terrible place...only reason i gave 2 stars cause they're faster then other carwashes...I spend $50 a month and i leave everytime with water spots on windshield and they tire spray is done lazy...they dont even bend down to put an even coat of tire shine...they walk around joking and laughing at eachother and the quality of work is just not there

Best car wash I ever been to never had an issue I live in East orange and I will definitely take that drive all the way to hillside to get my car clean by then well worth it

I normally come here because I get my oil changes done at this facility. With the oil change, you get a free car wash. Regardless if this wash is free or if I pay, there is no reason why my car is still dirty. They do a good and fast job on the oil change, but getting your car washed here is the worst! With the job they do with vacuuming, I might as well do it myself. They dont wipe off the dashboard good enough. My carpets are still dirty and the inside of my cup holders weren’t even wiped. Everything is just rushed with them. Guess I’m going to have to find elsewhere for an oil change. Smh yall gotta do better!

Omg so terrible!!!!!!! Literally did not wash my car good at allllll!!!!! I left the car wash w the inside literally not clean at all, the outside of my car still had bird poop. A waste of money!!! So disgusting and disappointing. I should go get my money back.

I'm a bit disappointed. A $30 Platinum wash should've had my baby sharp. NOT. The wheels, windows, and mirrors were still dirty. But, the wax must be pretty good b/c she's shining.

I have a monthly plan to wash my car . I get charged twice every month for the last five month , so instead charging me every 30 days I get charged every 15 days . I have gave them a notice more than a week ago , but no body call me for refund and apology. The bank has to take action immediately, dispute and fraud has been filed.

If you have a NEW CAR DO NOT GO HERE!!!WE ASK THEM NOT TO PUT Armor oil on the inside of the vehicle because my vehicle is new THEY DID IT ANYWAYS!!!THEN WHEN I TOLD THEM TO REMOVE IT THEY TOLD US TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY ONLY FOR THEM TO WET A TOWEL AND WIPE MY LEATHER SEATS !!!THEY DIDN'T WASH THE VEHICLE CORRECTLY AND CHARGED US $60.OO!!!THEY ARE NOT WORTH $60.00 I COULD OF WASHED MY VEHICLE ON MY OWN AND IT WOULD OF BEEN CLEANER WITHOUT ARMOR OIL ALL OVER THE PLACE!!!!THEY ALSO WERE RUDE AS IF WE DIDNT PAY FOR THE SERVICE!!! We asked to speak TO A SUPERIOR AND THEY REFUSED!!!DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE ITS A DISASTER!!!!!! Not a good experience.. I paid $120 plus tax for interior and exterior.. My windows were not cleaned enough and trunk was never vacuumed.. I am not saying it is super expensive but it is definitely not worth the money I spent.. Hopefully, they will do good job next time..
