I can’t speak for all the employees, but whoever works Saturday evenings should find a job where they don’t have to deal with customers, or people for that matter. I was having a serious issue with my phone and called the store on my way as they were closing in about 30 min. The person who picked up the phone said sure if I came within the next 15 min he would try to help me get a new phone. I got there in less than 15, still 15 min before the listed closing time and the store was completely dark and locked up. It’s as if he hung up with me and immediately closed up shop just to spite me? Wild. He could have just as easily said “I’m sorry it’s already too close to closing time” and I wouldn’t have wasted my time driving over. Will not be returning obviously.

Had a great experience at this store because of Tim! I had a big issue with upgrading my phone and after spending two hours with a Verizon rep over the phone, I went to this location and was assisted by Tim! It took 4 hours to completely transfer and fix everything that the rep messed up and Tim was patient, kind, funny and so so helpful. He’s just an incredible guy with the funniest stories and i learned alot about current events too and his knowledge of so many other world events while waiting for the transfer!!I wish I had gone here to begin with! Do yourself a favor and just pay the $50 they charge you to do a smooth transfer if you need assistance. Don’t bother calling the reps as they really messed up my transfer! If you have any phone issues, Tim is your guy!! I couldn’t be more pleased with this location and working with Tim!!

Had a great experience with the help of associate,Tim. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue. He was personable, understanding and kind. Recommend visiting if in need of a new phone or assistance.

Edit:I was able to come into the store and speak with Aaron to get the issue resolved. I just have to wait now for the credits to show up on my account after he called customer service to escalate the trade in to my account.Original:I came into this store with my family back in May with the intent to trade in three phones and be taken off my family's plan and go to my own plan. Two of the phone trade ins went through correctly on my family's plan, however, my phone trade in did not because the associate, Matt that helped us, told me I had to do my trade in first before switching to my own plan. I asked him, "Wouldn't this remove the trade in since it was being done on my family's plan and not on my own?", he told me no. In fact, I was even switching off my family's plan and onto my own in the store in front of Matt and not once did he stop me to tell me my trade in would not go through.Well, six months later there is a problem with my $440 promotional trade in. Since it was done on my family's plan the trade in didn't stick and was essentially voided. I came in to speak with Manager Aaron about this and he said he must talk with Matt before doing anything. He even told me to not come into the store and just call once he got the details. Okay. I called three weeks later, and Aaron picked up again and I was told he still needs to talk with Matt about the issue and said he would call me Saturday (Nov/11) at 1pm. So, he never spoke with his associate when I came in three weeks ago about this issue. Okay. Not surprisingly I never received a call, so I called later at 5:30pm that night and was told Aaron was busy and to call in 15mins, so I did and was then told Aaron left for the day. So, was even there to begin with? I am not sure.I came in this time on Sunday and Garrett helped me out who was 10x better than anyone else I dealt with so far and was able to get Andrew, the District Manager, on the phone. Andrew told me that Aaron will be opening the store on Tuesday, and I can come in then. When I asked are you sure he would be, I was told "Yes". He told me Aaron just has to call customer service and fill out an escalation promotion form with Verizon to fix it.And that brings us to today, I came to the store when they open at 9am because I work later and when I got there at 9 no one was there. After 20 minutes goes by of the store being opened late, I see that Aaron is not the one opening the store and it is instead Matt and I am again told Aaron isn't actually opening today.The service I have received from this store is the worst experience I have ever had at any store and sets a precedent for me on how other Verizon stores operate. If I weren't getting much from the trade in it wouldn't matter that much to me, but I am supposed to receive $440 for trading in my phone, which is a lot. I don't have the time to be running back and forth to the store for an issue not in my control or caused by me, because I work. I will again be waiting for their call to my phone number, which they took four times, and will update this review once that happens.

Very unfriendly staff. They just want to sell the lates phone and always tell you that they don’t have other devices.I love to support local business and for the past 4 years always go there but after today we will go to different store.

Garrett Wilbur helped us with the purchase of our new phone and the transfer of all our lines to Verizon. He was extremely helpful, polite, and good-natured throughout the process. We had a subsequent issue with redeeming our add-on apps and Garrett patiently and efficiently walked us through the process as well. This was the best mobile phone customer service we have ever received, no exaggeration. Thank you!

I would leave even more stars if I could. Eddie was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I came in with a very damaged phone, he pointed me in the right direction of a replacement I am happy with. He was able to transfer all my information over from the damaged phone to my new one seamlessly. We had a fun conversation about movies while my data was transferring to the new phone, which made the experience far more enjoyable. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. -Matt
