this is the ONLY website I've found that allows me to mix and match singles of wildberry incense. I love collecting different smells to see if I like them, so this is GREAT for me. I've ordered twice now and shipping was super affordable and quick both times. I do wonder if more wildberry fragrances will ever be added, but regardless I'll be ordering again eventually ??

I discovered this shop when I was searching online for a small raku pot for my altar. Not only were their prices the best, they went above and beyond to photograph the actual pots they had in stock so I could choose exactly what I wanted. Shipping was very fast as well. I’m so happy. I live across the country so I ordered products online, I found some Beautiful Vesuvianite that were translucent green with purple stripes that were tumble polished, for sale. They were nice sized, about 3 pieces would be the size of a golf ball or bigger if combined into one. And it was a decent size lot, probably would have gotten about 5 to 6 pieces of golf ball sized worth l. Which woulda been 18 or alottle more pieces total, I even made a double order so that X2 . The company emailed me to let me know they'd be shipping my items soon so I asked if the pictures on there website were accurate and asked for them to send pieces that look like the pictures or atleast close to it because that's what I needed and it was what was advertised. They emailed me back saying they don't have ANY of the purple striped pieces like shown in there pictures, i find that hard to believe because they have 100s of LBS that are able to be purchased on there listing on there website. Response was immediate so they either know already that there product doesn't contain any purple or they just didn't wanna look go look, the website listing says you can requests this like I did , basically a custom order of the colors and sizes are allowed. But regardless i gave them the benefit of the doubt and could still use translucent beautiful color green they showed me it was a perfect blended mix like when you mix two types paint and the entire thing turns the same exact color, It was amix of Forest Green and Olive Green pieces that were clear from inclusions, it was gorgeous, no inclusions, gem grade etc. So I toldm I still wanted it if the green was as shown and apparently it's not because i was emailed back again this time they said/showed there product in pictures again and it was not the same as the pictures befor, these were all opaque and is not free of inclusions and that it has cracks all the way around each piece that looks like a bunch of cobblestones that are polished n made into one large piece, they have terrible patchy areas of yellow green color with occasional white color with different inconsistent ugly colors and cracks that are flat, there tight cracks, no water can go in them but the point is that they are falsely advertising with the listing pictures. The grade shown first was gem quality. The real stones are just industrial use or display if you think its cool looking. Paid WAY to much for these as there literally worth a couple to a few cents per gram/ piece instead of being $85 per carat, like what the listing showed it would be worth if it was as pictured and described. Then instead of asking me if I still wanted them, which i would have gotten if discounted them, they just canceled my order without permission i assume i made them angry by just asking questions and that's why. They know there product is poor quality and the pics are different, this stuff if real isn't cheap either. Customer service basically a owner or manager etc did not put forth any effort at all to help and just bailed on my order from laziness, the listing is up still so i wonder how many people don't realize its only worth a few cents in that condition and were ripped.off. Highly disappointed in this company.

I ordered a Christmas gift online from this store because of all the positive reviews, and I'm so so glad I did!!! Shipping was SO fast, I could not believe how quickly my package arrived!! and on top of that, it was so thoughtfully packed, and opening the box made me smile so much. You can really see the thoughtfulness behind the people who run this shop and I will definitely be back :)

I was a skeptical about ordering online as this was my first interaction with Sunnyside. After reading the reviews I felt comfortable moving forward and ordering since they had a very rare pop I was looking for and wow I made the right decision! Super fast shipping and expertly packed! After finding a particular items that is extremely difficult to find, I was excited to find them with this site and at a great price. I ordered three stickers as they are so rare to find. My order went through and I got a confirmation number only to receive an email hours later stating they cancelled my order because they didn't have enough stock to complete my order!! Seriously!!! What a blow. Now I have to search elsewhere for the item. Don't order through this company unless you have time to waste!!!
