Building a new home in Hopewell, NJ and our builder uses them.I would not recommend getting ANYTHING from them! Cabinets we got all messed up. Charge $50 bucks for every delivery, they can't seem to coordinate 1 delivery for all items. Items are broken or it's like you are buying "scratch & dent" items yet paying full price. Wrong cabinet orders even after specs given for appliances. Seems like we would have been better off at Home Depot or Lowe's, they back the stuff up.

Sad that our house still doesn't have the proper window. Have spoken with them like 100 times and they have came out with the incorrect window. After a year, the window remains open to the outdoor elements (weather and bugs). It's frightening to see the lack of follow through by this company. It amazes me that they continue to string me along like it will get fixed and no actual resolution has occurred. I wish we put a clause about this in my new home purchase so we would at least be compensated to seek out a third party to supply the correct window.

I bought a brand new house with these windows unprofessionally and improperly installed. I have had the house for coming on two months now this way. They are non responsive after multiple attempts to reach them. I heard a long time ago that the window had arrived yet my windows are jacked up. Many of them seem to leak in Lady bugs and cold air. Now lady bugs and other bugs have infested my home and I am paying more money to heat and over dry my home. The windows are still not fixed and a snow storm is coming tomorrow with high wind speeds. I am extremely annoyed. I would really like for you to come and fix my window before the storm hits.

They cant even install a door properly - they have been working on my door for a year - changed it once, repaired it multiple times and it still does not lock properly. they do a shoddy job and very rude when asked about it. Very unprofessional set of people. Especially the person on the road - Dale - Recommend never to do business with them ever !!
