THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE YOU FEEL AT EASE ABOUT WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH YOUR VEHICLE AND DO NOT CHARGE FOR EXTRA THINGS OR UNNECESSARY ITEMS. THEY ARE VERY HONEST. I AM A TRAVEL NURSE FROM TEXAS AND STARTED USING THIS MECHANIC BACK IN 2020. HE MADE ME FEEL AT HOME THE FIRST TIME TOLD ME HE WOULD LOOK AT MY CAR AND DIAGNOSE IT FIRST. HE HAS NEVER CHARGED ME FOR A DIAGNOSIS AND THE REPAIRS AND PARTS ARE ALWAYS AT A FAIR PRICE AND WELL BELOW ANYBODY IN TOWN. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND ASKS IF YOU ARE OK WITH THE PRICE BEFORE EVEN STARTING THE REPAIRS. HE AND HIS MOM ALSO GAVE ME A RIDE TO MY APARTMENT AS A COURTESY FROM THE SHOP WITHOUT ME ASKING SINCE I WAS IN THE AREA. I FELT AS IF I WERE IN TEXAS AGAIN. “John has been my mechanic for decades. He does quality work. Understands what needs to be fixed, and what is good enough based on the age of your car. He has even fixed flats on my Tesla. I seldom have had to come back to have something fixed that he fixed - his fixes are good. He doesnt nickel and dime you either. An honest mechanic who does quality work - a gem.”

“I work in Highland Park, and my entire office referred Schwartz & Nagle to me when I asked about repairs for my car. The past couple of auto mechanics I had used were awful and pricey so I lost faith in them! S&N was able to take my car in right away and diagnose the issues, explain them and quote $ to me, and then fixed them ASAP! Like within a couple of hours! And the prices were unbelievably lower than other places. I now have a renewed faith in auto mechanics (well, as long as they are only from Schwartz & Nagle!) Thanks to Matt and his staff! “These people are very good at what they do. First of all, they are very friendly and knowledgable on cars. The Mechanic (Dennis--> I think) was able to check and told me exactly what was wrong with my car. Before, he even start working on the car, he called me and informed me about the price and the amount of time it would take for the car to be ready (which many mechanics don't do) precisely. They fixed my car which still doesn't give me the problem anymore and he notified me of other drastic future problems within an accurate period of time if I don't do certain minor things. Overall, Kam Soon auto service is one of the best shop in the area. They saved me some money from paying a high tax by having me paying by cash and my car is running really good with over 200, 000 miles on it. thank you Kam for your hard work.”
