Friendly staff but not very organized. I ordered a mower blade online for store pick up. FedEx tracking said it arrived on Tuesday so I figured I'd get the pick up email confirmation on Wednesday. But by Friday morning I still hadn't heard anything. So I called around 9AM and the very polite lady put me on hold while she looked. She came back and said she couldn't find it up front but that she would look in the back and asked if she could put me on hold. Several minutes later a gentleman came on the line and said they were super busy and could he take down my name and number. They would give me a call back when they found the blade. Almost five hours later and I still hadn't heard back. So I called again. The very polite clerk recognized who I was and said he would look again. Put on hold again. And after seven minutes of listening to some bizarre hold music, the line just cut out. Don't know if someone hung up on me or it was an accident, but no one called me back. So I decided to just go to the store after work. When I arrived, they again checked the front "store pick up" lockers. Nothing. Then the manager (I think, wearing a different color shirt) walked by and was told the situation by the clerk. He said they would be filing a claim with FedEx because the package never arrived despite the tracking info saying it had been delivered and signed for. According to him, FedEx constantly delivers packages to the wrong location in the shopping strip. But, he said he'd go see if he could find it one more time and that maybe he could just replace it with one from the store stock. I found this especially perplexing because I had ordered ship to store because the website said this location did not have this blade in stock. After a few minutes he comes out of the back with not one but TWO blades and says I can have an extra free of charge for my time and trouble. Super nice! However, I still have to give three stars. Despite being polite on the phone, no one called me back the first time . No one called me back after I was hung up on/disconnected. AND if they had these in stock, why wasn't that noted on the website. AND if they had them in stock, why didn't someone just grab one and say "yes, we have a lawn mower blade for you" rather than searching lockers and stock rooms multiple times. In conclusion, friendly staff but not ultimately not very helpful at resolving problems. Management did it's best to make things better with a free blade. Probably won't be doing any online shopping from this location.

Whatever you might need for your home, garden, garage, pets and much more. Excellent selection, broad variety of products. The store staff is extremely attentive and helpful. Nice place to roam around and find something you may need.

I have been living in Greenwood Lake for the past three years, and as a young, newly married homeowner, I've had numerous interactions with various local businesses. However, none have come close to the exceptional customer service provided by the local Tractor Supply Store. From day one, Brett and Rich, along with the entire team, have gone above and beyond to ensure that my experiences have been nothing short of outstanding.
Brett and Rich, in particular, deserve special mention. Their respectfulness, knowledge, and willingness to assist have been a constant source of support. Whether I need advice on a particular product, help with an issue, or just some friendly conversation, they are always there with a smile and a genuine desire to help. Their enthusiasm and dedication to their customers are truly commendable.
The rest of the staff at this store share the same positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction. Every team member I've encountered has been incredibly helpful, always happy to offer advice and assistance. Their collective effort creates a welcoming and supportive environment that makes each visit a pleasure.
Even when the store's policies prevent them from fulfilling a specific request, Brett, Rich, and the team do everything in their power to find alternative solutions or provide guidance on the best next steps. Their dedication to customer service is evident in every interaction, and they consistently go the extra mile to ensure that customers leave satisfied.
The level of service and care I've received from this Tractor Supply Store has set a high standard for all other businesses in the area. It's clear that the staff genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. This store has become a reliable and essential part of my life in Greenwood Lake, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I’ve bought numerous things from there. I picked up some thing for my brother this evening. I can’t tell you how great all the employees are and the management is. reminds me of the old days. If you haven’t been there, you need to check it out. I’ll be a lifelong customer from now on.

Brought my dog here for a bath and I cannot express enough the horrible conditions of their self-serve dog bath area! The mold, the rust, the smell, the broken equipment, the mess, the dirt build-up, the safety risks of all these things, absolutely horrible.This kind of neglect doesn’t happen overnight or from one customer using the facility. This room hasn’t been cleaned, fixed, addressed in probably months.
