I hate needles… so having a Phlebotomist who is pain free is something to talk about. Rowena ( i hope i spelt your name correctly) You made my experience pain free and along with excellent customer service skills. Keep up the excellent work. I’m surely coming to quest whenever I have a procedure.

Sophie at Quest in Hazlet, NJ is an excellent phlebotomist! My 6 year old, nervous about needing bloodwork, daughter needed bloodwork and she made the experience go as smoothly as possible. She was kind, professional, gentle and a PRO at quickly locating her vein. It was a great experience! Thanks so much, Sophie!!!

I was told I couldn’t get blood drawn at 230 without an appointment bc it was too close to closing time. Iv never been told that from a quest in the 15 yrs Iv gone to quest for bloodwork. This one is the only one who has done that.

Sophy was AMAZING!! She should be in the Guinness Book of World Records! In all my life I have only had maybe 5 people able to draw blood from my arm (they normally can't find a vein after sticking me 10 times and ultimately draw blood from my hand which is painful!) Sophy found a vein in my arm on the FIRST TRY and there was NO PAIN! She is a ROCK STAR!!!! Thank you, Sophy!

My check-in was easy, my wait was very brief (3 minutes) and my phlebotomist was courteous and super gentle. I recommend using this facility

Terrible experience, I tried 4 times to have my blood drawn, first as a walk in , 3 hr wait, second time computers were down, third time could not find the Dr orders, fourth time ,they lost the order again, could only search by date, luckily I had the date and after 20 minutes they found the order

Wonderful service! Came in right before closing due to traffic and they were still able to accommodate me for my son. Romina and Euri were amazing very helpful and welcoming. The office is very clean and friendly. Anytime I need to get bloodwork done I'll definitely go there. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, always clean. Could be challenging to take an early Saturday appointment , so plan ahead. Definitely do not recommend walking in. Take an appointment, you'll be called right on time. All staff are very skilled, very efficient. Sophie is absolutely amazing, very patient with the kids, drew blood when there was no visible veins!

The absolute worst in customer service. Almost impossible to get someone on the phone. When you do they are at some remote location and are not of much help. /actually worse than Labcorp if you can believe that.

My visit at Quest Labs in Hazlet was a quick and efficient experience. The staff are always professional and friendly. They get me in quickly sometimes before my appointment time! I highly recommend this location.
