I am updating my post. I received my items and the delay was due to supply delay. I not only received my items and received a credit for out of stock items. American Butcher sent me some extra goodies for my trouble. I will be ordering from them again really soon!! I highly recommend the steakhouse burgers and of course the Thuman hot dogs!!! It's like having a little of Jersey in Florida!!I have ordered in the past and had no issues at all. Great service and products!!! I placed an order on 1/31 and have yet to receive my order. I sent an email and was told the order was lost by FedEx and a reship was being sent with an additional item for my troubles . That order was never shipped out. I followed up with emails and also sent message on FB. No response!! I don’t want to dispute with Amex but unfortunately I feel like I have no choice!! I would rather have my order. I understand that things happen but the lack of communication is what is so troubling. Very disappointing.

Edit: the package was received today, March 3rd. Will be ordering again, as the business made things right. Apologies for the initial harsh review, the lack of communication was frustrating.Have been trying to receive a package I paid for on January 31. I was hopeful with the several good reviews, but unfortunately I must state encouragement to avoid. I emailed the company several times and was given tracking information for FedEx which stated that the package was not yet delivered to FedEx. After inquiry, I was told that the order was lost and they would reissue it for me, which I was fine with. After nearly a week passed by the date I was told it would ship, I asked for information an additional time and was given the information from the first shipment, still staging that FedEx never received the package. This has been over the course of 3 weeks.

American Butcher Store has consistently had the highest quality meats of any place I have ordered from.This has quickly become my go-to place for steaks and sausage.I would highly recommend them to anyone who cares about quality.

American Butcher Store is the BEST place to buy any type of meat online. They have a great selection of the highest quality products that you can buy on the market. The Wagyu beef and Liparis Sausage products are the best, hands down. They also have great pricing compared to other online sellers.
