I bought parts and other stuff in the beginning , some what ok , went today service guy not to friendly as is attitude , I want to explain but he didn't give me a chance to talk cut my conversation and I touted he understood what I wanted, after they inspect the truck and went back inside and I told him what they did because the air bag light is still on and I want him to check if I need anything on my truck the manager told me they do the inspection but it will cost me 170dollar Wich I would have paid if he would toke a little time and explain to me in the beginning, yes I totally agree the charge , for they time , after they want to put it in , after one half hour waiting , no I go to another dealership who will listen to me in the beginning and after explain to me . I don't mind to pay for a good service and a welcome customer

I went in today, and honestly, I was frustrated. As always, they greeted me with smiles, warmth, and a little humor. Tom quickly turned things around and made sure I felt taken care of. When he walked me over to get my loaner, Mikey had just heated up his food and was ready to eat. He set his food aside and got me all set and on my way.
The excellent customer service and lovely atmosphere are hard to find. You can’t go wrong with sticking with their service department after purchase. They really do provide best-in-class service.

Awesome Dealership with a great bunch of people working there. The service staff are very pleasant, the techs are sharp. They send you videos of your cars condition so you can see for yourself what's going on. I like that, it makes you trust what they say.

I know dealer’s services tend to always overcharge but they were overcharging me $1k to replace a wiper motor. Got it done super cheap at a local mechanic. The prices here are ridiculous.

Was great experience with this place ! Was waiting around 1.5 hours for oil change , tires rolled and car check which I think is okay . Plus they washed my car :) Killed my time with cappuccino on waiting room .

Sales aren't responsive and service is very overpriced. Known drain clog on my Rogue could have been unclogged for the same price paid for the "diagnostic".

This is a dealer who treats me in an unbelievable way. No one should do business here. I made an appointment to test drive a used car a week in advance, and headed to this dealership the morning of the day after confirming that the car I was looking for was still in stock. I don't own a car yet, so I took a bus and walked for an hour and a half from home. Then the sales person told me that the car was sold this morning and is no longer available. When I asked what time it was sold, he said it was 10 o'clock. the call representative said they would have it in stock at 10 o'clock. I knew the sales guy was obviously lying, but I couldn't help it. The guy recommended a higher-trim car (and the car had been damaged), but offered more than $5,000 for tax & fee addition to the car price. When I told him it was over budget, he wanted to take out a loan. I wanted to pay in cash rather than a loan, so I told him the upper limit on my budget, but his boss came and told me unilaterally, ``That's impossible, we can't sell.'' The deal was over. The conversation ended without any suggestions that took my budget into account. This is an unscrupulous business method that attempts to trick people out of money by luring them in with fraudulent advertisements from the beginning. The boss doesn't know how to treat customers, so the employees treat him badly, making him the worst dealer.
