I went in for a powersteering pump and related work. I had been asked about additional work needed to be done of a O2 sensor and Brakes calipers and brakes. I expressed my brakes to be done because it was in my budget but the O2 sensor I can wait till December near my inspection or do it myself. Because I didn't hear anything the following day I called and got the actual mechanic on the line. He ran by me couple more things and even mentioned Anne said I was on a budget. Bill insist I get the alignment which would had brought me roughly 100.00 over budget and i would had taken care of it on that Friday. He had mentioned a couple things like my tires and other things. But I declined because I couldn't afford it but told him to go ahead and do the alignment because it was good for the work he already done on my front end. So I got the call the next day by Anne and when she told me the price it was around 700.00 more than we agreed on and found out they without permission and done work they weren't told by me to do along with additional work I was unaware of needed to be done got my attention. Anne refuse to take accountability for that. In fact she falsely accused me of saying to go ahead with the O2 sensor. I had a witness who was next to me when i spoke about all the work. That i okayed. On top of being charged 15.00 hour more at the rate of 125.00 labor hour when the chart on the wall said 110.00 labor hour. No different than a price tag on an item at a store. Knowing the job I had was temporary and insist I pay 25.00 a week as I am now out of work, after making a remark how she extended the olive branch. No I was taken advantage of. All the other work that I knew and found out about I would had done myself when I had time and money. On a good not the pump was faulty and Bill the mechanic without hassle stood by his work. If Bill had his own shop I will deal with him personally because he is a young man with Integrity and does good work. As for Anne knowing my financial and employment situation was pushy about getting the stuff I said no to because I didn't have the funds and they were simple fixes I made clear I could had delt with myself. The only reason I took it to them because the depth of work of being under the car and some physical challenges I have. Could I done it sure but I gave them the privilege and my trust in this company and it has been denied especially by Anne when she claimed I said things I knew I didn't and had a witness next to me the guy I was helping out until his driving foot was healed. The only other response I got from her how one thing can lead into another with cars and before you know it the bill is high, instead of admitting their wrong. Again all the work wasn't agreed on nor even notified of its attention needed. No accountability was taken by her, I can't totally fault the mechanic because he only received what she ordered. All that she ordered wasn't all to my knowledge nor to my permission.

Annie is very nice even tho I came at end of day cause the police took longer than i thought. It was her Wedding Anniversary and even tho she had plans she still took care of me and was nice and helpful. Hope she had a wonderful night since I made her few mins late.

Had my car impounded, was told it was going to be $115, was charged $230, also had $50 stolen from the inside of my car. Highly unprofessional and not recommended.

Great service, very timely repair, went above and beyond for my car's repair by doing so much extra. I was extremely impressed that they painted the diffuser for me and even got me a better exhaust than I had prior to my accident, I'm never trusting anyone but T masters with my cars.
