The Mays Landing Planet Fitness is extremely run-down. The massage chairs are worn out, squeaky, and in desperate need of replacement. The total enhancement machine is rusty and old. It's high time for this Planet Fitness location to be updated! When I spoke to the manager as advised, she simply laughed and shifted the blame to the owner. After not visiting for 6 months, I decided to give it another shot, only to find that the condition of the place had deteriorated even further! There are broken machines and even a broken massage chair. This establishment is simply unacceptable and needs immediate attention.

It would be nice if Planet Fitness would return to 24 hours gym again. When it gets busy I have to wait for a weight machine to be available which defeats the purpose on doing a superset. I do enjoy the gym ,it's very clean and the staff are friendly.

Overall I think PF is a great gym. This post is about the staff. My 73-year-old mother was in the gym yesterday. The treadmill threw my mother off, rearranging her clothing pulling her bottoms to her knees. The skin was pulled from her left & right knees.
I'm disappointed NO ONE FROM PLANET FITNESS CALLED TO CHECK ON HER TO THIS MOMENT. SMH SHAME ON YOUR MANAGEMENT SEEMS AS IF YOUR FACILITY DOESN'T CARE.

So I really like going here, it's a shame some people don't have common curtesy. 2 young skinny men (either spanish or Indian), take the only 2 sets of 75 pound dumbells and sit with them the whole time while doing other exercises in the dumbell section. They baby sit the 75lb weights and no one else can use them until they leave. I wish staff would notice this and let them know other people are in the gym and would like to use them too since they r oblivious to others around them. Can someone correct this issue, they come together and can share a set of 75lb dumbells. Why does everyone have to go without cuz these 2 can't realize they can share a set and allow others to use the remaining weights. Frustrating!!

Walked in just to be told they are closing but it states online they are open..they need to update their hours/ maintenance
The time for closing at the time I walked in was 3pm

PLEASE fix the staid climbers. Feels Ike it's been a year since most have been broken. Any time of the day they are being hogged by certain people. They are on for atleast 40 mins sometimes. I like this PF but will probably start to go to another location just for that reason.

Best decision to join! Very clean, best gym locally! The staff are friendly, helpful and very attentive, especially Brian...and he's extremely hard working!
