I didn't get the associates name at the cash register but she greeted me with a smile and said hello. She promted me through the donation and i had my card upside down. She pleasantly advised me to turn it around. I received a coupon for my purchase so I went back and got another item. She prompted me through the donation screen again. It was a nice custo.er service experience. I was there at 7:45pm Saturday evening.”

“This isn't one of the more well travelled Shoprite's. The population density in the surrounding area is not as high which makes the experience a little more enjoyable. Contrast this experience with other Shoprite's nearby and the others are a little more congested, both within the store and in the parking lot. I've never used any of the counter help, seafood, meat, or bakery, so I can't vouch for the freshness but what they have wrapped up at the meat and bakery counters always seems fresh. Maybe my impression is skewed because I generally visiting during off hours. But even during off hours, I'm never hampered with staff blocking aisles to restock shelves and yet they always seem to have most items in stock and on the shelf. The pandemic understandably affords them a reason to slip here but they do a good job here keeping stock rotated. Lastly there always seems to be enough staff to checkout, even during the recent holidays when I made a large purchase for a local donation to a food bank. They also recently installed two new rows of self checkout which means I never have to wait for a register in the evenings.”

The pharmacy went out of their way to ship another package with enough medicine quickly to hold me over until the shipping company was able to locate the package. I was doing self-pay and it would have been incredibly expensive otherwise! The team was quick to figure out the details needed to make it happen. Thank you!”
