Absolutely the worst company to d3al with across the board. Service is spotty at best, technicians do not show up when scheduled and the company offeres little compensation for the trouble. 8 put of 10 customer service reps that you speak with are rude and unhelpful and hang up when you question them. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. NEVER choose this company. In my area they are the only option and I am forced to have their internet.

I switched yesterday my phone service to optimum, despite that the phone customer service representative didn’t tell me that I need to activate the e-sim my self online but at the store when I stopped by to ask them to activate it and to finish my phone upgrade deal , the female manager yelled on my toddler because he touched a remote and she didn’t stop , she told me in a very inappropriate way to tell him to not touch anything plus she turned off the tv so my son won’t watch it !!!!I’m surprised that she is in a customer service position because she doesn’t have the minimal ability to control her attitude especially with kids.

The staff is really friendly. I go in there when I have questions about my phone.The staff answered my questions and showed me how to work things on my phone. Great Service. I'm glad you have this store on Rt 33 in Hamilton Square. I rate this store a 10.

I've always had Optimum cable . Lately, the channel just disappears intermittently with a message it is temporarily unavailable. Today this is happening every 5 minutes or so for a few seconds. Most annoying! It's not the first time either. A month ago or so, I called and was told it was because of a hurricane down south. Apparently they did not know the location of NJ on the map.

Excellent customer service. It was very clean like an Apple store. Lol...The staff was courteous, pleasant, and acknowledging. My return of a cable box was quick and easy. I highly recommend this place. I pray people don't visit acting "entitled". It could definitely change the atmosphere.

The worst service I have Every have the customer service sucks they are very rude and nonchalant they take your money and take they time turning service back on I don’t no recommend to ANYONE LITERALLY THEY READ OFF A PIECE OF PAPER WITH NO EXPERIENCE OF REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The people you have working for you are very friendly I love the staff I love the energy that they put out and they are extremely fair and have great customer service. Especially guy who's all the way to the right side. Sorry if I forgot your name a black lady with the glasses she's very kind as well
