We see that the car wash is usually closed on weekends. We drove 20 min to discover its close. I don’t know whether it’s staffing issues or the equipment is down but it’s more than usual this year. Call first, if you’re lucky they pick up. Wash doesn’t fully clean the back area of your vehicle. Don’t let them impress you with unlimited free wash when you purchase your car. Vacuums need to be replaced, the tube pops off. I don’t like that they cram as many cars and you’re so close touching the other vehicles bumper.

Good car wash location. One of the vacuums is broken which is the only reason it wasn't 5 stars.

New review:
After over two weeks of being closed, i finally got to wash my car here again. It seemed all tje vacuum cleaners were working and the upgrade for members is now $5. I did go at a busy time so i had to wait a while for the vacuum, and the wash line was pretty long too. Understandable since they recently opened again. I have nothing to complain about.
Old review:
At least two of the vaccuum cleaners were not working. Besides that, it is usually always a good time here. Effective and efficient. The workers help guide you to allign your tire correctly and then tell you when to go into neutral. The $3 extra one has pretty lights, worth it, in my opinion.

It's been years since this car wash was fully working. Always one part or other not working. And now it's been "temporarily" closed for weeks. Hopefully, the repairs are worth it.

Car wash schedule not accurate, sometimes when temporary closed and they don’t update it?, when I got there 3ish yesterday they were closed make me so angry and wasted my time, their sign only said temporary close not saying close for the day, then I go back a few hours later still closed. Not recommended this Honda car wash?

50% of the time in last 2 years car wash is closed or not working properly. I was sold on the free car wash service for 1 a week, but had to purchase a wash today.

Closed most of the time. You call, to see if they’re open, no answer. They have literally been closed for the last three weeks!

Vacuums had no suction and I paid for the premium $20 car wash to drive away covered in soap and the bird poop still on my windshield. Looks like a good portion of the car was not touched by a brush.

Car wash stopped and we are sitting in the middle of the buding. No one one is answering the phone. No one has communicated anything and we are sitting here waiting. It has been over 10 minutes. Can someone please maybe communicate something?

Worst car wash I've ever been to. It's not even worth the free price tag when you buy a vehicle. Half the equipment doesn't work, my car never gets properly clean. I'd rather go somewhere else. Never using this place again!

This is the worst car wash in the area. The back of the car is never ever touched by their brushes. The blowers do a poor job of drying. Since there is no place to wipe down the car, the water spots make the entire car almost as dirty as before washing. The vacuum area is at the entry to the carwash. If there is more than 2 of the vacuums in use the suction is nonexistent. My car ends up cleaner driving in the rain than using this car wash.

We paid for unlimited washes when we purchased our Pilot. Every time we go through it is never done thoroughly. The brushes never touch the back window or the back of the car. We ALWAYS have to dry all the windows when we leave. If we hadn’t already paid for the service we would certainly go elsewhere!

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. Half of the equipment in the car wash doesn’t work, so your car doesn’t get cleaned. The car always comes out filthy. Even when I pay extra for the “VIP” cleaning like in this photo, it comes out looking filthy. I reached out to them multiple times and asked if they’re going to fix the broken equipment and they either do not respond or don’t care. Multiple times I have gone to this car wash and the car comes out so dirty that I then immediately go across the street and pay another $16 to have the car actually cleaned at Valet Auto Wash.
I find it funny that they keep responding to all of the horrible reviews on here telling people to reach out to them but when you reach out to them, they never respond. If you want people to reach out to you should provide the contact information you would like us to communicate to you with because the people on the phone and the people we email do not care.

Did a great job! We paid for the full detail. They missed a few things but we brought it back and they fixed it. The inside of my trunk area was still super wet when I picked it up. I dried it myself when I got home. The only real issue we had was online said cars were 249 and trucks were 279… I have a CRV I do not think that’s a truck. It should be more clear online and specify what they consider “cars” and what they consider “trucks”
