I like going here cause it’s not too crowded. The self check out people, cashiers, and customer service people have been nice to me. The only reason I take a star off because the receipt check guy with glasses (who seems like the only one who does it) never says hi or acknowledge me when I’ve said hi. And I’ve noticed him talk to other people before me so I don’t want to insinuate that he only likes a certain type of people but other than that this place is ok. So I gave up being friendly and not say anything

They sell old food at this location.the broccoli is half old every time,you get half yello and half green sprouts,the danishes are old and hard before expiration date..i want my membership money back,i never want to go back here again..

You'd think after all these years they'd have more than one person helping customers behind the deli counter on a Sunday morning. The one girl they have is great but she should have some help.

If I had an alternative I would jump on it! Unfortunately it is not always convenient to go to Sams or Costco. This BJs does not have the friendliest employees and the checkout procedures leave a lot to be desired - self check wil not let you use a scan gun! However they never have enough workers either.

The place is good, but the treatment of its employees is rude and in very bad taste, they have already treated me hostilely several times and they prefer to be playing on their phones or talking on the phone than attending their job, in fact I am experimenting at Costco Although their membership is much more expensive, sometimes it is better to pay a little more for a better deal, you can tell just by passing by the establishments you will realize that Costo is 100 times more crowded than BJ's, there must be a reason.I don't recommend it, I already made the change.????

The freezer is in great shape, whoever they have manin that section over night has good attention to detail, I get off work to pick up French toast in the mornings and it's always in such good condition, please let management know, it's honestly the BEST one yet I've seen .

My card seemed to be scratched and was not working when I swiped. I asked one of them members at self checkout if she can put it manually, she claimed that they were not allowed to do that anymore which I find ridiculous. I had a $300 cart and had to leave it behind. On top of that she was very rude when we had asked for assistance since some of their codes on the items were not scanning.Update:Spoke to manager Joe and he was able to help us!

Worst staff they just stand around and don’t help. When they do decide to come over to you they give you an attitude. Asked to speak to the manager he just stood there and looked at me and went back to doing nothing. Gonna go to Costco.

The prices were higher then at other bjs stores, for instance a 12 pack of smart water is 23.99 here and 18.99 on the site.

Absolutely disgusted with this place. Went in to get a membership and discuss a teacher discount which the woman was very rude. I asked to speak to the manager - was told he was too busy but then 5 minutes later appeared. He was rude and disrespectful and said they do not do teacher discounts. As I left I went on the website which showed that I could purchase one for 20 bucks which is cheaper than I even thought. I am a Costco member through and through and love their customer service. I am very disappointed that a manager could talk to a customer the way he did. Corporate is now aware of the situation.

Few good finds but you have to step your game up. Costco has all the good & new foods & snacks. Also, the things this bjs does have are like the basics of everything, more variety please.

FYI if you download the bjs app on your phone you can do express checkout. Which means you scan your items from the app and you just pay. Item limit is 20. Your welcome ?
