Big Lots has great deals and great customer service. Even have payment options available and discounts. The picture that look like a fishing pole is really a lighter, and the future you see I'm buying at a great price. Check Big Lots out for yourself if you haven't already.

I was in the store today and happen to come across a sign that stated clearance and I saw some nifty clothes hampers. That were $25.99. And according to a cleance sign that was in the aisle it should have been marked down 75% well when I went to check out I noticed my total was a little high. So they called Joe the manager. He came up with his scanner gun and stated it wasn't. I responded with why would it be in the aisle with the clearance sign. We walked over and he stated it was for the shoes only that was in the aisle.well no where on the sign does it state its just for the shoes that were hanging. I work in customer service and if something is mislabeled the customer has a right to protest but I clearly did not want to start an argument and decided to just get my money back. Moral of the story. I recommend the story to use better labeling and if something is deceiving than customer has a right to recieve it at price stated on a clearance aisle

Usually only one register open line always long on line orders take forever it's like help is few and far between there is absolutely no order in the store no online pickup area as I said one register open no matter how long line is
