Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I needed an expensive medication that was difficult to find and they were not only able to find the medication but also to quote me a price that was lower then all the previous qotes I had gotten.

I have never been assaulted and disrespected by a AllegedProfessional. I will not go into what the issue was that prompted the Pharmacist to call me stupid and dumb. But never in my 51 years have I’ve ever been spoken to so badly.Not only was I disrespected and verbally abused by one of the Pharmacist. The other two held no accountability for what the issue was. Neither did anyone apologize. What did happen was they asked me to leave after calling me a liar.Again, I will not go into details. After this incident I felt compelled to take additional steps in regard's to this matter. As a quick solution to be sure that there was no lapse in my medication; I have transferred to another Pharmacy.Not only have I transferred but a total of ten of my family members have transferred. Respect and Good customer service goes a long way. But to call me a liar and to still not have my medication two days later after you said you ordered it was ludicrous.At this point the disrespect was so shocking and appalling I am still shocked. Then to have the Indian woman call me a liar, ask me to leave after charging my insurance already for the medication I never received was nuts.The absolute ONLY person who wasn’t disrespectful was the cashier. And I actually felt she was afraid of losing her job. I wish her well with her employment endeavors.Alexanders Twin Pharmacy Owner and Staff please no need for a rebuttal. Although, eventually I will forgive I will never forget. Thank you for showing your true self.I honestly believe that Professional CEU’s are needed for The Code of Ethics. Because not one person outside of the Cashier has self respect or respect for the consumer. The ONLY respect they have is for the MONEY.

Such a great experience. We needed a specific medication option for our 3.5-year-old that 4 other pharmacies did not have. I tried Alexander's and they were so nice on the phone. Our Dr. sent over a script, and we had our medicine within 1 hour! They truly saved us and we appreciate it so much.

If I could give negative stars I would. I had a prescription for my ADHD and was told a shipment was coming in yesterday (Monday) I understand there is a shortage and was understanding of that since I've been trying to find pharmacies that have it. Monday comes and he said he doesn't have it and to try again tomorrow (today). So I had my prescription changed to a higher dose and that's the dosage they had in stock and they confirmed over the phone the dosage and that it'll be ready in 45 mins (which would be 5:45) and I thought perfect I'm on my way home from work and go pick it up and it's not ready so I wait and they give it to me and I get home and notice it's the wrong dosage after telling me TWICE over the phone the correct dosage. My mom goes in to pickup the correct dosage for me and they say they need the one I took so they can swap it and I'll get the right one and they get the wrong one. So my mom comes home takes the wrong one to them and they say "we can't do exchanged or swapping of medication". And she's like you just told me not even 10 minutes ago I can and to go get it to switch it out. He then said he'll give me HALF of my correct dosage and half of the wrong one and my mom asked why and he said it was because he wants to save it for the little kids that actually need the medication.... What??? My prescription from my doctor isn't proving enough that I need it? I understand people abuse it - making the shortage an issue for the ones who need it, but does NOT give you the right to assume or say anything at all. Let alone openly admitting to withholding MY prescription so you can save it for someone else. To me, that's like coming in for depression meds and saying you're not going to give me my full medication so you can save it for someone who fits the image of a depressed person... AWFUL. They all back each other up in there making the workers who stay silent, just as bad as the owners. His name was Joe and he said "why don't you take down my information and report me to the board" and that's was a fantastic idea. Do not EVER EVER EVER go here if you can help it. If I wasn't able to find my medication and this pharmacy and another one 20 states away had it, I'd drive 20 states away before EVER going to this place again. I hate that they only allow one star - so if you read this far... just know by the one star rating, I really mean 0.

Good pharmacy but the lady working behind the counter was extremely slow. Took almost 5 minutes to walk out with 3 items and there was no line.

They were wonderful to work with. The shipping company lost the package. The pharmacy went out of their way to ship another package with enough medicine quickly to hold me over until the shipping company was able to locate the package. I was doing self-pay and it would have been incredibly expensive otherwise! The team was quick to figure out the details needed to make it happen. Thank you!

I had a great experience ordering my IVF medication from Alexander's Twin Pharmacy. They were quick to respond and pull my order together. The prices for the meds were cheaper here than all the other pharmacies I looked at. I loved that they also work with the ReUnite discount! They went above and beyond with my overnight shipping and I'm so thankful for them. It took me 2 days from calling to place my order, to having the meds arrive overnighted to my front door. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy for all your IVF medication!

Placed an order for Omnitrope for my upcoming IVF cycle. The best price around if you're paying out of pocket! Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and easy to work with. They called me once they received my prescription (which was the same day) and I received it the next day as promised. I ordered around 430pm and it arrived just before 1200 the next day! All around great experience!

I was looking for Omnitrope for my IVF needs and was able to connect with Prasad at Alexander’s. He was extremely helpful and transparent with pricing. The script was filled quickly and overnight shipped to me. If my insurance coverage didn’t require me to get my meds from a specific pharmacy, I absolutely would be getting the rest of my meds from Alexander’s. However, I will be coming back for any other out of pocket needs I have. Thank you!

HORRIBLE service. The pharmacy technician VICKY is a disgusting person, very unprofessional and should not be working. She was very dismissive and showed no attention when I came in to pick a prescription up for my sick daughter. She failed to check in the back as I asked her to multiple times, because i was told her prescription would be ready. When I left I receive a call from the pharmacist telling me my daughters prescription was in fact ready for pickup. When I go back VICKY begins cursing at me using very foul language as she was upset I wanted to make a complaint about her unprofessional behavior. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY UNLESS VICKY IS FIRED.

Honestly, the worst pharmacy. What I'm assuming is the main pharmacist, made picking up my prescription awful. After making phone calls 5 hours in advance, he still didn't have it ready nor could make a call to me regarding insurance. He refused to call the transferring pharmacy and it was like pulling teeth. His response to my frustration, "ma'am, I know what I'm doing. I've been doing this for 30 years." That was the first and last time I will ever go there.

Fast and helpful for fertility meds. I’m somewhat local (in PA) and Alexander’s Twin Pharmacy was an easy destination to find. Super close to the highways and entrance to NJ. Not far off the main highway. Reasonable prices in general, but GREAT pricing for their quick fill rate & options. Also offers over night shipping at a great price! Thanks for your service to couples like us who struggle with fertility and need a place that’s affordable & reliable with time sensitive medicine needs. Definitely one less think to stress over
