This place doesn’t want to honor their display price. I went to the 7-Eleven on South Broad and Sunnybrae to grab a quick soda whose display said $2.69 so I got three cents back out of three dollars. The money wasn’t a big deal but I wanted to make sure my eyes weren’t playing tricks on me so I went to double-check. The clerk ran over behind me like I was going to steal something so I asked him about the discrepancy and he told me, “it costs $2.99,” while he made a big deal of bending over and peering at the 2-inch high numbers saying $2.69 and lifted the paper out of the display, practically plastering his nose against it. Then he decided that discrepancy was actually “the tax. “ When I told him “.30 tax seems pretty high even for New Jersey, “ he kept insisting that the extra money was “tax. “ Then he involved an older man who began repeating that “THEY changed the prices in the system a month ago but I haven’t updated the displays. “ He told the other guy to give me the correct change. So he held up a coin with a big smirk and said “are you happy?” Then they went into a rant about “THEY” changed prices and it wasn’t their fault and grumbling in another language. So if they run the store, whose fault is it? Those discrepancies must add up.

Very clean, well kept convenience store. Owners are pleasant and staff is helpful. Coffee is my forte...always fresh and delicious...parking never a problem.

Good place to get slurpees. The store is outdated like you are back in the 1980s. They have a huge beverage selection too. The soda machine really needs to be replaced too. They got good fresh sandwiches which get delivered nightly. Parking is sometimes busy at this location.

They overcharged for tobacco products. The prices are listed right in front and they still want to argue that the price posted there is wrong. When you try to tell them to change it they get extremely rude. This has happened 2 times. The same guy did it both times and was EXTREMELY rude. He definitely shouldn't be working there since he has no clue how to treat costumers.
