They try their hardest. I went on a Saturday morning and they were professional for a full waiting room and the wait was longish but I didn’t have an appointment and I knew ahead of time that I would be there for a couple hours. I think they did a great job especially dealing with humans on a Saturday morning.

This place is atrocious. 1115 am appt and now irs noon. Call me back then say wait in lobby. Now there is 8 people ahead of me. I had no choice but to go here. I usually go at Columbus. I'll never go here again

The check-in process is so easy. So fast.
Then, they gather your paperwork and are clear about potential costs. No surprises!
We took our 1 year old here.... Mary slayed. He didn't even feel the price. She was thoughtful. Professional. QUICK. And compassionate for our little guy.
Mary is awesome.

My 10mos old baby needed bloodwork and I drove 45mins from Philly looking for Cece and she was phenomenal. She was worth my drive to make sure I got someone that was good with babies.

I’ve come here lots of times the last 3 months and it always goes smoothly. I’ve gone with and without an appointment. Obviously it’s quicker with an appointment, but the staff is always on top of it and keep things running smoothly. Mary is the best and makes me feel comfortable and is always patient and takes her time finding a vein. I would absolutely recommend this Labcorp.

Walked in fasting on a Thursday morning, waited 10 minutes and was seen and done quickly. Everyone is so nice too. My favorite lab, and we have been to many!

Brought my daughter in for blood work on a Saturday morning that the pediatrician wanted done ASAP. Waiting room was packed at 7:30 AM and the front desk and phlebotomists kicked serious butt working everything so well. OVER THE TOP IMPRESSED with everyone from the front to the back to the front again. Was the place packed, almost standing room only, yes. Did the staff and phlebotomists rock the house as well as could be expected, super friendly, courteous, Y-E-S!

Check in system is far from adequate. One of 3 check in machines was not working and not indicated as such with as simple sign printed scan beeped with red dot and her name appered on screen. never called until she went to front desk.

I came in at 10 o'clock in the morning. There was a crowded room signed in and they were calling multiple people people that were coming in after me before me after two hours. I went to the front desk and asked how much longer would it take for me to be there and I was number seven on the list, the staff was limited it's a holiday I can understand but one thing they need to improve is to give people a heads up how long they're going to have to wait at least around about number. Total waste of time in my day.

I’m used to being stuck multiple times and Trinity was amazing. Fast, efficient, and only stuck me once. I appreciated it more than I could say! All the ladies I came into contact with were sweet and just so pleasant. Definitely coming back!

I brought my 2-year-old daughter to this location, hoping that I would be able to get my daughter's blood work done. The front desk was fine, but the lady who attempted to take my daughter's blood work was horrible. She took out what appeared to be a regular-sized needle, put the blue band on my daughter's right arm, and tapped her arm for the vein. She acted as if she found the vein before inserting the needle, then proceeded to dig the needle around my daughter's arm, looking for a vein. I had to tell her twice to “stop!” If she wasn't comfortable with drawing blood from toddlers, she should have told us that, and I would have gone to a different LabCorp. I wouldn't recommend this location to parents with small children.
