Shortly after we left, we discovered a small hole in my son’s hoodie. We had to catch a train so we couldn’t go back to exchange it. Plus, we live in Colorado, so we would not have an opportunity to go back before we left. I called the store and spoke to Destiny. She asked for my mailing address so that she could mail a new one out to us…AND, we didn’t even have to mail the damaged hoodie back to them. “Our younger son wants to start collecting baseball cards, so we stopped at Evan's on Black Friday. Our oldest bought his brother a complete set of Topps baseball cards and a Pokemon starter set for his younger sister. "Mom and Dad" purchased a binder for the cards to go in along with a box of sheets to hold the cards in the binder. Evan and staff were courteous, patient (especially on one of the busiest days of the year), and helpful with answers to our questions. We plan on coming back!”
