Always great to shop here! The amount of knowledge of the employees that is shared is wonderful. It is a full experience to shop here if you prefer that or can be quick if need to just grab something! I highly recommend the RunningCo!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here! My first visit was just to chat about options and they did not pressure me to make a purchase. They were happy to answer all of my questions. Yesterday, on a busy holiday (MLK Day) Glen took two hours with me. He watched my movement patterns and brought out several options. I feel great knowing that if anything feels wrong with the shoes I can exchange them (two weeks) for another pair. Superior knowledge and great customer service!

Went in there 11/30/23 looking for some suggestions for running shoes for the police academy, and I was met with so much help from the young lady that works there (can’t recall her name). She provided me with so much advice, brought out 5+ different pairs of shoes to help me decide which one was going to be best for me. Will definitely be going back for any running shoe needs.

This is the best place to get sneakers. The knowledge of the staff, and a courtesy of the company is unbelievable. I travel from Bucks County to come to the store and buy sneakers for the entire family. Thank you keep up the great work.

The service here is top notch. Every few months I come back to replenish my socks and look for new energy treats. This place never disappoints. I also enjoy their athletic footwear options that comparatively speak is a better value than online shopping. Highly recommend coming here for all things catered to running.

Looking to start training for a race after years of not running. A friend recommended this place. They evaluated my gait, pronation and feet. Suggested several shoes and tried them all on. I couldn't be happier with the experience. They even had suggestions for my spouse. Shoe prices were the same as ordering online. Very professional.

Bought a pair of on cloud x shoes in late April. I bought a previous pair from here years ago that are holding up great. The heel of one of the shoes on the new pair is separating and squeaks 3 months later after purchase. I called this store twice today and spoke with an employee who advised “it sounds like wear”. I inquired about warranty and he gave me the stores policy and knew nothing about the on cloud warranty. The second employee I spoke to didn’t know how to help me or what to say. I would rate the customer service pretty poor. I found later on my own the warranty claims page on the on cloud website but I’m not certain if they will approve a claim unless the purchase was from a certified dealer/directly from on cloud website
