Sad that a smaller bank essentially stole nearly $1000 from me when I missed the deadline to close out my CD by 1 day. When I tried to withdraw the money (before the deadline) and close it online, the web site was down. I then called and learned that I needed to come in in person to close it. Prior to that had several unanswered emails to Kathy Klein, who was who signed us up initially, asking her how to close the account. Came day later and was past the deadline. Ok - no big deal right? Nope, they whacked me for $1000 to close it 'early' since it autorenewed. Early, as in 1 day early.
The branch tried to call Kathy. She was busy. I tried to call Kathy, no response. Emailed repeatedly. Finally got her on the phone, and she promised 'to look into it'. That was months ago. 4 emails since, zero response.
If this is the way they treat their customers, you might want to find a different bank. ZERO STARS - DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Hands down slowest bank in all of New Jersey. Avoid this bank and go to Mtn Ave instead or even better get a different bank. Almost every time im there, it takes me 15 min to go through the drive through with no cars in front of me and no line at the bank. It should take 5 min tops.

Brilliant bank, as someone commented earlier, a trip to the bank is like going to see family. I’d love to be able to single out a member of staff for special praise, but I can’t, they are all equally excellent and friendly.

Very nice and inviting, Pleasure to talk to and always very helpful... Best bank i have had in well over 15yrs. Very happy with the customer service although I should say they treat you as if you are more like family.

Very friendly staff but by far Kale Ziadie is the best teller if you go here ask for him he is super professional and nice 100 percent on top of it.
