It’s great to walk into a bank and get such personalized service which I find so difficult to get these days! Really appreciate the bank manager Eric, and his team for being so customer service oriented - it’s refreshing!

The best bank ever!! Branch manager Eric has always been the absolute best! I have been so fortunate to have him help with my banking as well as my Mothers banking needs throughout many years. Always patient, kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable , there is no other person I would rather have as my bank manager! Thank you Eric!The bank associates at this location have been awesome as well! Helping me with all of my banking needs. What I thought may be difficult transactions, were made easily understandable to me and took care of smoothly and with ease. Anna and Denise were fabulous. The bank teller Etelka has been such a joy to deal with when I am doing in person banking! Elisabeth has been wonderful as well!Always greeted with smiles, I cannot thank these wonderful people for all of their exemplary customer service! No matter what the visit or transaction is about, I am always treated with the utmost respect and genuine willingness to take care of my banking needs! Thank You….Thank You!!

Horrible branch manager and employees who do not care about customers. I’m from out of town and wanted to set up an account for my son. I got there in what I thought was enough time 1:40pm on a Saturday and they were unwilling to help me and about five of them were just standing around at the door talking…doing absolutely NOTHING! Do your job! I will never use BoA anymore and am closing my account as soon as I get back home! These big banks act like these are no other options…news flash there are plenty and better customer service!

I am 100% Cancelling my Bank of America account. No sort of courtesy for long term customers and totally lack understanding in regards to the gravity of real life situations. Generally disrespectful. Very sad to see the direction Bank of America is going.

This posting is specifically targeted at Bank of America's call services. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic the demand for customer service calls has spiked up high as most sensible people would avoid going into any local bank. After attempting to contact a BOA rep for a week I have finally given up in frustration and will move all of my asset from BOA to another Bank once this pandemic is behind us. It is painfully clear that Bank Of America was not prepared to handle a surge in customer service calls nor did it appear they made any effort to quickly ramp up to meet the demand. There automated services are complete inefficient and useless. Their call back services are ineffective and useless. There onsite chat presence is completely useless. All the sources of contact they have posted on their Website and Mobile apps are useless. After multiple daily attempts for a solid week using various customer service options provided by Bank of America I can say confidently they helpless inept and ill equipped to support their customers. After a 25+ year banking relationship with BOA its time to find a new Bank. I seriously doubt my leaving BOA will mean anything to them nor will losing management of my financial assets but maybe if enough people get as frustrated and irritated with their incompetence they will leave for another Bank that can provide reliable sustainable customer services. This review is not a criticism of the thousands of hardworking employees, this is not solved by individual contributors, this is a problem of poor management, poor strategic planning, and poor vision. BOA C level management owns this customer service catastrophe.
