First time I used this dealership and last.
Went for a oil change, I supplied my own oil Royal Purple and same brand filter, then changed me full price as if I bought the oil and filter from Motion Chevrolet. Ask them to rotate my tires and asked them to use a Lug Nut Protector 3/4" And 13/16". It’s a rubber insert so your lug nuts wouldn't be damaged. Service specialist said he never heard of them! He Stated "how about we not rotate your tires with an attitude. Also my “auto shot off” wasn't working, told me it could be one of several reasons, none of which they berthed to Diagnose, glad it wasn't my brakes.
I called the General manager to find out why my tires weren't rotated, why they did barther to fix the auto shot off and was overcharged for the oil change?Never got a call back from anyone!

Ask for Tom, great customer service. Not your typical salesperson. Very personable, you would bot feel pressured working with Tom.

What a rip off! I was told at the counter it was an easy 15 minute job then waiting for the radio to run through it programming. Yet i was charged $422 for labor. What a joke.

Chris was very friendly and very good on every part of the sale process.
He took the time to explain the vehicle features very well.
Kevin made the paperwork part very smooth and easy.
Rob also stepped in when needed.
The gentlemen who set up the app was also very good. Overall a great experience, I will recommend Motion Chevrolet when I hear of someone looking for a vehicle.

This dealership should change the name from service department to excuse and upsell department. '21 suburban serviced there since new, not sure if they act the way they do because I bought it elsewhere..... but I wasn't paying you 10k covid markup. So I brought it in a couple months ago with a myriad of concerns including squeaks, rattles, shifting concerns etc. I waited 2 weeks to get an appointmentand it was explained it was going to take an entire day for a tech to address the list.
End of day one I called for a status and was advised it was needed another day. End of day two I called for a status and was advised it was needed another day. Beginning of day 3 I called to see how much work was left to complete and to my surprise the oil was changed and tires rotated, all of my other concerns were "tech unable to replicate concern". So I retrieved my car out of complete frustration (refusing to leave it another day, and upon backing out of where it was parked I immediately heard two of the noises as well as the binding up in the front right.
The tailgate rattle was blamed on a cent by the handle that was the size of a golf ball and told to take it to a body shop. Fast forward to this appointment. I expressed all of the same concerns, even after having the tailgate repaired. Requested a tech ride along at drop off since they couldn't replicate the concerns and was assured we could do that.
So I go to drop it off and the service rep came out with me and I rocked the car side to side to simulate body flex. Rep days will that's not normal to do to your car. Correct it is not, however it flexes the body and replicates my concern without a ride. So the rep heads inside and says a tech will take it for a test drive, and I said great. Much to my surprise he followed up saying yeah the last thing we will do is put a tech in the car with a customer. So lies, lies, lies again!!!!
I will say they are quick to recommend an injector cleaning, air filter replacements, etc but they obviously don't want to fix problems under warranty. If I could have left zero stars I would have! Matt and Dan were the service advisors names.

I had the pleasure of working with Tom and Kevin and my experience was amazing. I drove all the way from Long Island to see a truck and they made the deal go smoothly. The long drive was worth it, as they have gained a lifelong customer. Cannot thank them enough and I will definitely recommend Tom and Kevin to anyone.
