When the guys came to work they were respectful and clean. They did the job exactly how I wanted it done and for a fair price. I’ve hired a couple glass glass companies over the years and NO ONE compares to The Hackensack Glass Company.

Very helpful. I have 2 trapezoidal shaped windows that the previous homeowner covered with an extra sheet of glass on each for added thermal insulation. These additional pieces never fit properly in the window openings. They trimmed the sheets of glass so now they fit much better and did not even charge me for their time.

These guys were better than great. We ordered some custom cut glass tops for our bedside tables and dresser and they were super affordable and came quickly. They even took the pieces back and made some adjustments after what was very definitely a mistake on our end when measuring to fit. A+ business experience.

If there were NO STARS, that is what this business should be rated. For about a month, I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to have my mirrors installed. Jim, the owner, doesn't seem to have a handle on his workers because he doesn't know their schedule. He schedules an installation, but on two occasions, the installers never show up.This company may have served other customers well; however, in my case, they failed miserably.
