I’m really appreciated for the service, and they have so many gift options, hand creams , body lotions and especially lip balms are very nice , the lady helped me to find the best gift for my friends , very professional.,I recommend the lip creams , they located in the first floor of the mall

Donna was extremely unpleasant to interact with. She should not work in this industry if she feels like she needs to “win” the conversation. I felt attacked by her tone of voice when I went in with my grandmother and will not be coming back.

Had a phenomenal experience today with Laurie’s assistance. She was knowledgeable and helpful at directing me to appropriate products for my needs. Best part of the experience was her assuring the safety of all customers. She politely asked everyone to sanitize or wash (using one of their luxurious soaps!) their hands upon entry to the store and was polite in asking patrons to properly wear their masks. L’occitane is absolutely doing the right thing in training staff to be so compliant and insistent about Covid-19 safety protocols. I’m grateful for the introduction to new incredible products, the education and the feeling of safety and comfort.

I am very disappointed with L’OCCITANE. I’ve been purchasing their Lavender products for many years.... including perfume, soap, bubble bath, linen spray, candles, foot cream, hand cream and hand sanitizer .

What a lovely experience I had at the Riverside location! The two women who were working were so helpful, kind, and friendly. They helped me find a great skin care routine with the divine line. I will recommend this location to my friends!
