They broke and damaged couple of my items and asked me to submit the claim department which we did but no response from claim department yet and it’s been more than 15 days and now they are saying that the claims take 30-90 days. They charge good amount for moving but when it comes claim the damages then they service is very poor.

Eli and Roberto arrived within a few minutes of the specified time, and jumped right in on this very small job. Being a disabled veteran, the help up the 3 flights of stairs was invaluable.

I'm moved at least 6 times over the past 30 years. Working with James Brown and his team was by far the best experience I ever had with a moving company.
I rarely provide feedback, but this exemplary experience qualified as an exception. Nothing ever goes perfect; but when an issue arose James was not only on top of it, but he personally saw it through conclusion.

I hired this company after calling around and getting quotes for crazy prices (I.e. $12k) I know understand why they quoted me those prices, it’s because they actually deliver your stuff in one piece. To start with, the guy I was speaking with Eli, was super nice gave me a decent quote. I opted to pack our clothes and our valuables ourselves, and have them pack the big stuff such as tv’s, kids cribs, and dining table. I should’ve known it’s a red flag when they wanted to charge me $60 to bring my daughters tiny target play cart, meanwhile the cart only costs $20 at target. Their excuse is they quote for cubic feet. Sorry who the heck is going to going and measure cubic feet. Unless I’m not that bright, but hey that’s neither here nor there. At that point though you already have no choice, you’re in the middle of the move and can’t call anyone else. This is how I received my boxes. All my stuff was damaged , my expensive clothes, my valuables that can’t be replaced as they were given to me, and so on. I’m not even going to show the inside of the fragile boxes, because it makes me cry every time I look at it. When the delivery guy brought the boxes my husband insisted on going through them and he said “I’m not waiting for you to go through them, the company won’t reimburse you anyway because you packed it yourself” I understand I packed it myself, because they’re valuables and things I don’t want other people touching, but I’m not that stupid, to through things in a box and not deal and pack it right. I didn’t file a claim because I know they will just give me the run around, and frankly I’m tired, I can’t deal with calling back and forth and arguing. I just wanted to attached and show pictures so no one else would find themselves in a stupid situation like me. Long story short, take the higher price quoted by another company, because when these guys get there you end up paying 1k-2k more anyway, they keep bringing up cubic feet. I didn’t know a tiny target cart takes up that much cubic feet.

I hired them for my move from our apartment to townhouse, as they work with our realtor so that's where I got the recommendation. James came out to our apartment to give us an estimate and he was very friendly answering all of my questions. The day of the move the team was right on time (even a little early!), professional, and careful with my items. They disassembled and reassembled my furniture and made a stressful thing like moving a very easy process. I felt their pricing was also very fair. Thanks for everything!
