If I could give a zero I would. Absolutely awful experience. Receptionist was ungodly rude to us and scolded us for arriving 15 min early ? Didn’t make a difference since Olivia our tax preparer was 30 min late to our appointment. For the first time, we owed taxes. We weren’t thrilled about it and asked many questions. Olivia did not let us speak. At one point my husband actually said to her that she’s not allowing us to ask a full questions before she started talking. At one point I very clearly asked a question and she told me she didn’t know and “ didn’t have time” to look into it because she has other clients. It’s my fault you were 30 min late with us? Olivia couldn’t care less. “ it’s not me all I do is type in the numbers” got it Olivia. I’ll find someone else to type in the numbers. Never again.

Very unprofessional, do not use H&R Block. I have very simple taxes, only claim myself and not married. Half way through the tax session I was told her next client is here so the rest of my taxes were rushed and practically booted out of the door in order to not be late with her next client. I ended up having to use one of their computers myself to make an IRS payment even though the whole point of paying H&R Block is for them to do it for me. As I'm trying to navigate the IRS website I have a question for the tax specialist I was with but she couldn't be bothered. Again, very unprofessional and very expensive. Do not recommend at all.

I have worked on my taxes with your expert Olivia in Greenbrook NJ and she is terrible. Her sole focus is to get as much money out of you while providing minimal service. I will not be using her services ever again and I had to report her inappropriate behavior to managment. It is despicable that she is allowed to represent H&R Block! I will not be returning.
