My self, and my two adult daughters, all have accounts at Bank of America. Both of my daughters accounts were made when they were minors, so my name is attached to their accounts. We never bothered to remove my name now that they are adults. My younger daughter is mentally ill and got tricked on social media and ended up getting scammed. Her account went -$2300. I called Bank of America to file a claim, and to let them know she was scammed after a few weeks they zeroed out the negative account and closed it. , Which was fine. Today we realized that they went into my other daughters account and took the $2300 from her account! She had nothing to do with the scamming and it's only because my name was on all three of our accounts, and I didn't have enough money in my account. I guess so they took it from my older daughter. I've been a loyal customer for more than 20 years and neither me nor my daughters did anything wrong. We were the victims of a scam by some stranger and we are now the victims of robbery by Bank of America because they stole $2300 from my Daughter's account. There is so much more that I could tell you. I was on the phone for three hours the other day, trying to straighten this out with four different associates, and each one of them had a different story to tell me and none of them really made sense. today when I called I was given more miss information I'm disgusted and so angry! My older daughter had nothing to do with this and they had the nerve to go into her account and take $2300 because my mentally ill daughter got tricked online by some scammer. I'm telling everybody I know not to use Bank of America and I'll be all over social media with this as well. This is wrong.

It’s always one person at cashier nobody cares…always waiting for hours to just make a deposit even for business accounts too..Always people are waiting Bcz of one person at the teller ….

This small location has been renovated. Great customer service. They offer employee assistance at the ATM and inside of the bank waiting area. Evelyn and her fellow co workers are very helpful.

After waiting and waiting forever I just had to walk out without bring helped. Every 10 minutes I was asked for what type of help I needed, then told to wait. And this went on repeat for so long I just had to leave. I guess my needs were not as important as the needs as others, people would come in after me and would be seen before me. Then I noticed the bank was empty and they were just having conversations and not helping me. That was so unprofessional

They do not answer the phone in this branch, to resolve any situation you have to go to the place, in short, Banco America at this time in general has poor service to all customers

This branch is full of incompetence. Had to book an appointment over a month in advance and the morning of a representative called trying to cancel the appointment and asking what business we have. When we showed up for our appointment, they had taken a later appointment before us, told us it would only take one second, and over 40 minutes later we were still waiting.We had this appointment to deal with misinformation employees of this branch gave the last time we came in. It is astounding how awful and incompetent everyone who works here is!

This location is always backed up. Lines out the door. Very nice tellers but completely understaffed. Not fair to the employees or customers.

You should be ashamed of yourselves! One person working the window on a Friday when there is a line out the door. Get more staff!!! I just stormed out after wasting far too much of my time. Just awful!
