Mattress shopping was never so comprehensive before our experience today! Our representative, Gabrielle, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He selected several choices that were perfect to our comfort level. Then he continued to accommodate our price point. This was by far my best shopping experience. I didn't realize that my new mattress adjustable bed frame did not include brackets to enable it to attach the headboard to my bed. I called Ahzsa in the Glassboro store to inquire why it wasn't delivered with my new mattress. As it turns out, it's not included with my new purchase. She made it "right" and is getting me brackets so I can complete my new bed set up. I'm very satisfied with the customer service and highly recommed Mattress Warehouse for your new mattress needs. BTW I LOVE our new mattress it's perfect. Thank you Ahzsa.

Took my 90-year-old mother to get a new mattress. Rima at Mattress Warehouse in Glassboro, NJ was absolutely wonderful! She was very patient and very thorough, making sure we searched until we found the perfect one. Made sure mom was safely navigating the store and getting on and off the mattresses. Answered many questions and really listened to be sure we found something to replace mom’s mattress that would be similar to what she has and also meet the height requirement we had. Can’t say enough about her great knowledge and service. Would definitely recommend Mattress Warehouse in Glassboro and definitely suggest Rima as your salesperson- so helpful!
