I really like this pharmacy! They always have what we need, are prompt filling scripts, and will answer questions. They are excellent with phone messages for pickup reminders and even call and play a cute song on your birthday. The real bonus is the drive-thru, especially when I don't feel the best.

Medicap Pharmacy is the Best Pharmacy in Atlantic County! I've been to the rest, and Medicap is the best. Conveniently located, Medicap is always well staffed, with very little or no wait time. Everyone, is very courteous, professional, and efficient. If something isn't available, or has to be ordered, they will personally call you and let you know. Something I don't experience with any other Pharmacy in this area. I started with Medicap when I lived in Galloway, then I moved to Northfield. For convenience of location, I started using another Pharmacy. After a little while, I am back to Medicap. I just can't find another Pharmacy that matches the Excellence of Medicap Pharmacy. Highly recommended! ?%

I always have problems, they either don't fill my prescription, and they don't know why it wasn't filled, tell me it was delivered, and it was not. They don't inform you that they don't have it, and don't call when it is ready. I didn't think there was anything worse than Walmart, but I was wrong, this place is horrible ?

Awesome customer service! I have been going here for over a year and they go out of their way when trying to fill your prescriptions. They even went back and forth with my doctor to get the right prescription at an affordable price!

My boyfriend tore his ACL and meniscus to his knee, and was given a script from the local ER for morphine. I know there is an opioid crisis right now, but not everyone is an addict. I had gone to 2 local pharmacies and was told the soonest they could get the med would be in 4 days. Those of us in the medical field know a torn ACL is extremely painful, so waiting 4 days for meds is not ideal. So because I've dealt with medicap in the past for work, I thought to call them for help and ask if I could bring the script to them. I was told by the female in the pharmacy that no ER writes for morphine. I explained to her the injury my boyfriend sustained, the ER doctors name, and dose of morphine prescribed, along with another non-narcotic NSAID prescription needing to be filled. We didn't leave the ER until 11pm last night and he needed the medicine. This female again told me doctors don't write for morphine in the ER. I told her I was local and would come by to show her the script, at which time she told me I could not come there. I explained that I am an RN and know about narcotics and not being able to tell someone over the phone if certain meds are available, but again said I would stop by to show her both scripts that were needed, but was told I could not come there. Thankfully our primary physician is also local, we stopped in and told them the horrible treatment given by medicap. Our physician then contacted Reese's pharmacy for us and said they would be glad to help. I have a photograph of the morphine script from the ER to prove that our ER does in fact prescribe it to non-addict patients with injuries that cause severe pain, along with his discharge papers stating it was prescribed along with another med. I was going to come in to show this female of yours working in your pharmacy, but I instead will keep my proof, and write how terrible your pharmacy is instead. Hopefully this woman does not ruin things for your company with her disrespectful treatment of a person just looking to help get prescriptions filled for a loved one in pain from a serious injury.
