I have been a member of the Freehokd Max for over 6 years and I can’t imagine starting my day without it! The instructors are amazing and there is a different class plan every day! I modify a lot of exercises due to knee issues and that is totally fine because everybody works at their own level. The members are very fun, motivating and encouraging towards each other! I’ve never had “gym friends” before, but I am happy to say that I have formed some amazing friendships at The Max of Freehold!

I’ve been going to THE MAX for a little over a year now and love it! Mike is the 6:00 a.m. instructor and is amazing! I have made life-long friends and look forward to seeing each one of them every morning. We have great workouts and have fun at the same time!

Didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I do. I've always been a gym guy. Never much into cardio. Classes are fast fun and a great workout highly recommend the Max, Judi's the best

Love this place!! I have always belonged to a gym, and been fairly active. After years of injuries/various surgeries I gained quite a bit of weight. I wasn't exercising regularly and even though I was eating well I struggled to lose weight. I was finally ready to put in a real effort and joined MAX of Freehold. I love it there. The workouts are challenging, the nutrition is easy to understand. In 21 weeks I have lost 25 pounds. My body shape has changed and I slimmed down a lot! The results are crazy good. Everyone, from the owner Judy, instructors Mike and Casey, and all the members are so supportive and motivating. I couldn't recommend it more. Additionally my cholesterol dropped from 240 to 165. If you're ready, this is the place.

I joined The Max a year ago and could not have made a better decision for myself. With much needed guidance, Judi and her trainers patiently supported me through my journey. They are very hands-on and ensure you are getting everything you need while making this a fun and family like environment. I never thought I’d enjoy working out but, I’m hooked.

Being a part of the max challenge/family has transformed my life. I tried everything from dieting to exercising, but given my metabolism, nothing worked, and then I discovered Max and lost close to 30 pounds. There could be other MAX facilities however, I’m talking about Max of Freehold in particular. It feels like being a part of a family. Instructors are top notch. Classes are fun and you get a great workout and superb support system. Highly recommended!!

The MAX in Freehold has been a great experience! Everyone is so friendly, willing to help and makes you feel like you’re all on the same team. I love the encouragement both the staff and other members provide. The MAX gives you all the tools to succeed, you just need to show up for yourself. Highly recommend!

Can't believe the difference in my body and mind after a few weeks. Everywork out is challenging and fun. The owner, Judi is an inspiration. All of the instructors encourage you to do "your" best, it's your 45 minute workout.

I have been a max member for almost a year and can’t imagine my life and health without it. The entire staff is supportive and encouraging!!! The classes are high energy and easy to follow. See for yourself! The results you will get from the Max are beyond physical.
