Excellent employees! Today I went in there and I was in a bad mood because of an issue with my account. The nice lady in the middle office was extremely helpful and proffesional. She made 3 or 4 phone calls, sat on hold, and got it resolved! I went to another branch on Saturday and they werent any help at all.I also opened an account for my son a few months ago with the gentlman in the office to the right of her and he was great too!

Thank you Debbie Gambaro for your help today! I found myself in a bit of a pickle during a deposit and she was so kind and helpful as we worked towards a resolution. I am so grateful for her patience and efforts!

It's sad that I've been banking with PNC for over 20 years and get such poor service! I needed another bank to verify funds on a certified check so I was given a number to third party company that apparently does that for PNC. After the other bank was unsuccessful, i called back PNC later in the day to try to resolve this situation and spoke to Ivan who then told me, after all day trying to resolve the situation, that there was another number that they could have called PNC directly and was specifically to verify certified funds! so when I got upset he decided to get tough and tell me that either he or his employees will be used as a punching bag when in no way shape or form was I disrespectful. I was upset because my bank who I asked for help early in the morning did not give me accurate information and at no point was he ever apologetic for them messing up. Their incompetence cost me over a thousand dollars and this is unacceptable from a financial institution I'm supposed to trust.

When PNC tellers find out you own a business their eyes light up and they immediately get the business banker/manager involved. I’ve been to 4 PNC banks in the area because every time I walk in they’re trying to sell me something or sign me up for something. This branch was special. I walked in, deposited my checks, and walked out. Only had to deal with one person and he was very polite. 10/10

My niece have a upcoming wedding, stopped in to take money out, gave the woman HER ID with the deposit slip the woman at the told her she is only to take a certain amount out( remind you she was not at the ( ATM) later that day her she goes to use the atm a the receipt indicated her account is frozen. She proceeds to the bank to find out what's going on and the lady told her her account is locked for fraud. How???? When she gave the woman her ID. This bank is a POS.

Worst customer service ever kept me on the phone for over 2 hours to speak to a manager about my auto loan interest rate horrible customer rep very rude and didn't even care to make things easier for me ,also pretty much said I was wrong and that they put their customer first. Hmmmm not. Specially when u kept me waiting for almost 2 hours.

Horrible treatment from VP Ivan Rocha. Unfeeling. My father passed away and he acted as if he was a number on a screen. I will never set foot in that bank again

I have been dealing with PNC bank for years. The people at the branch are fabulous, courteous, professional people who always want to assist. The problem I have is with PNC 800 number customer service. How can a local branch have wonderful, helpful employees yet their 800 operators are the exact opposite? It has become even more apparent since COVID when the branch was closed and I had to deal with the 800 customer service reps. I wish PNC would get this under control because it is a serious problem especially in current times. First time I am actually thinking of looking at other banks.
