“I returned to Aldi after the closing of Lidl in Howell. I am pleasantly surprised at the improvement since my previous experience with Aldi. The produce which was my chief complaint before is awesome! Lots of organic choices and everything is fresh. Ok, I'll be back. (I do despise the shopping cart situation...you need to put in a quarter to retrieve a cart. )”
“I happened to see a promotion online for this place, and decided to give it a try. It is a grocery store, and the star of the show is the prepared food section. Generally, no one in the place spoke English, and since I have sadly been unsuccessful in learning Spanish so far, communication was a bit comedic. All in good fun. I eventually got myself a dish comprised of stewed chicken legs with a side of rice and beans for takeout. The food was perfect. Like a home cooked meal. I enjoyed every bite, and I will be back.”

“Had a really great experience here. Went in to grab essentials after a recent storm. Though some of the power was out, the staff was doing an excellent job keeping the customers safe while shopping. They were doing a thorough deep clean of any of the refrigerated items and ensuring food safety and quality.”
“Store was nice this visit, I spent a lot of time today it was neat & well stocked. New visit; on this trip today i really went through the remodeled store. It seems like they're able to put a lot more merchandise in the store the way it's been rearranged it's really nice. They have moved a lot of stuff around and put up new signage of isle locations.”
“One of the better Shoprites in Central Jersey, around me. Great prices and good places to get my cuts of meat. I prefer my meats to have some fat on them so that they would be juicy when cooking. Their meats are never too lean. Their baked goods and fresh produce are quite good and they are fairly quick usually well-stocked. They also have fresh fish and deli meats departments there. However, the Asian Wok is no longer there. Weekends are usually their busiest time but that is also when they have the best surplus of sale items. Customer service is excellent. It should be noted, they also have a pharmacy in the back by the health and beauty aisles. Parking is never an issue and they do offer curbside pickup but I've never used their curbside pickup so I can only inform of their service.”
